Findley Flatis a 730 Sq Ft upstairs apartment, located in the historic Burnaugh Building with modern upgrades and amenities! Large Flat screen television in the living room, large bedroom and modern tiled bathroom and shower!The building was constructed by hand in 1906. Staying in Findley Flat is a unique experience in the exposed Bowlby stone walls you are able to see the hand chisel marks of the craftsman over 100 years ago as they fitted the stones perfectly!
As if that isn't enough Sugar Time Bakery located just down the stairs is a wonderful way to wake up with your favorite cup of coffee, sweet or the best breakfast or lunch in town!

Traveling for work or play the flat is centrally located in Enterprise, 4 minutes from Wallowa Memorial hospital and walking distance to all of downtown Enterprise restaurants and business. With convenient access to lots of amazing backcountry recreation.

- The suite is located on the second floor up 2 flights of stairs. There is no elevator or other access.
- Parking is free on the street 24 hours or we also have a dedicated parking lot next to the building in front of City Hall that is free as well.
RULES:
+ ALL UNITS ARE NO SMOKING
+ Pet Fee is $25/night per pet (This fee will be in addition to your booking and will be sent under a separate request about a week before your arrival)
+ Check in is after 4pm and Check out prior to 10am, exceptions may be able to be made on a case by case basis, please contact us if you have a specific request
+ Parties are not allowed.
+ Beds: All of our beds are medium-firm memory foam mattresses. While almost all of our guests find them to be very comfortable, those who prefer an extra soft mattress may find them too hard.
Pets:
While we are proud to be a pet friendly business, many of our guests stay with us without pets and have great experiences. For individuals that have dog/cat allergies, we don't guarantee a dander free space.
- No pets are allowed without paying, in advance, the $25/night pet fee for each pet (we charge pet fees for ESAs).
- If you intend to bring any pets and didn’t list the number of pets accurately in your reservation, please inform us of the correct number of pets immediately so we can adjust accordingly.
- The pet fee isn’t included as part of the initial reservation price. We will send you a separate request to pay the pet fee about a week prior to your visit.
- If you bring pets without informing us or without paying the pet fee, we reserve the right to end your reservation early.

The Burnaugh building is 106 years old in the heart of downtown Enterprise. You can actually see the hand carved chisel marks in the walls in this unit. Quarried by hand in 1916 the bowlby stone is unique and beautiful.
The entire building has been renovated in the last few years and will make your stay a modern luxury in a charming historic building.
This unit is located on the second floor. Approx. 730 Sq Ft with a balcony deck and 1.5 bathrooms. It has large bedroom with a King bed.

They did a beautiful job of refurbishing this apartment. It was large and airy, and very comfortable. Loved the barn doors and having two bathrooms. We were given the wrong door code but after we reached out they got us the correct code pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The property and Brent were great. Had a communication hiccup since my profile on VRBO didn't go through and Brent was unable to send us the codes. Had to spend the first night in a motel. Brent graciously offered us another night on Friday but the cold, rainy weather caused us to just go home on Thursday as planned. Loved the property and hope to return next summer with our daughter and granddaughter.

I had a very bad experience due to other guests. They were very loud and disruptive all night long. The facility was nice, but the misbehavior of the other guests made for a bad experience one of the nights. The management addressed the issues the next morning, which resulted in a better night of sleep.

Great spot!
Very clean, spacious, remodeled upstairs apartment (1 of 5) in an old stone building. Comfy bed and linens. Full kitch w amenities. Location great if you want to be close enough to the action but far from tourists. Quiet. No big views but comfort made up for that. Can still sit on back deck and enjoy morning sun. An easy price to pay for the quality you receive. Bakery on the ground floor! Hope Enterprise stays true and avoids the tourist vibe of Joseph. Try out the local brewery.

Beautiful Old Building
Beautiful very large rooms. Well-appointed and comfortable. Not a lot to see out the windows or from the large deck. You see a lot of the back of City Hall and an alley. Enterprise is a lot quieter than Joseph, but it is a very short drive. We had a wonderful time. One warning though. There are 24 stairs up to the apartment. we got a workout on arrival and departure.
