HOUSE DISTRIBUTION
Ground floor: A floor of over 200 m² where you will find several lounges, resting areas, leisure spaces, various dining areas, as well as the kitchen and a toilet.

First floor: The 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom are located on this floor.

Second floor: The master bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a dressing room, and a small lounge with a billiards area.

KITCHEN
Modern, equipped with all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven). It also features a spacious dining table and a breakfast bar.

Located on a closed plot of 8000 square meters, you will find a private pool (open in the summer months: july and august), spacious green areas to relax, and a parking area.

We will send you an email to complete the online check-in on the same day as the booking confirmation, and we will send it to you again 7 days before your arrival. Check-in is a mandatory procedure and is essential for accessing any of our accommodations. Check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before your arrival, a request for an online security deposit. This deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
