Amazing- friendly helpful staff. I booked extremely late online and when I arrived I asked for extra bedding as I had an unexpected family member travel with me. Being so late they couldn’t find me an upsize but they were just so apologetic they couldn’t change rooms as they were fully booked. It didn’t matter, the 3 of us slept compfortably in a king size bed. The area was AMAZING. Everything you could think of is a 4 minute walk, dining, shopping, cinema, time zone for kids, excellent takeaway service from near by restaurants. I can’t praise it enough. We will be back!

Staying at The Quest Epping is easy. We like to stay here because parking is easy (we had a trailer). There are great options for food within walking distance. The rooms are clean and nice. Rooms overloooking the rear are much quieter than the front which have traffic noise.

Disappointed that cost was $26 more than what had been quoted on line. Had stayed a few days before at Quest Brighton where we had Netflix free and undercover secure parking. None of that available at Epping. Staff at Brighton rang room to check everything ok - not at Epping.
