This lovely home has 3 bedrooms each with queen sized memory foam mattress. It also has a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps an additional person. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Mercyhurst University and is within a 15-minute drive of Presque Isle, downtown Erie, and the Presque Isle Downs Casino. This house is child and pet-friendly. There is a smart TV that allows you to login to the multitude of streaming apps available. The kitchen comes stocked with all you need to enjoy cooking at home in addition to a Keurig coffee machine. A true home away from home!

Our Erie home away from home!
My little family loves this house as this was our 5th stay! Great location, clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We will definitely book this house again next year!

Very clean, fantastic host
We were very happy with our stay. I had a question on arrival and the host responded extremely fast. The place was perfectly clean and convenient to everything we needed to get to in Erie. A great value for a family weekend!

Short But Great Stay in Erie
My spouse, two friends and I stayed at Sharon's house for one night. We were attending a church convention at the Bayfront Center. This house was just perfect for us. It was immaculately kept and so convenient. I would definitely rent this property again if I had occasion to be in Erie overnight or longer.

Great Family Stay
We stayed at this lovely rental home in Erie, PA, with our two young children and dog, and we had a wonderful experience. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a fourth bed option with the pullout couch. Both the bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated and well-equipped, making our stay very convenient. The small backyard was a great bonus, perfect for our dog. We also appreciated the washer and dryer, which made keeping up with laundry a breeze. Additionally, many essentials were provided, which added to the convenience and comfort of our stay. The only minor drawback was the creaky floors and doors in the hallway, which were a bit noisy, especially at night. However, this was a small issue compared to all the positives. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this rental home for families and pet owners looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Erie.

Wonderful place to stay that is close to everything we wanted to go to (zoo, childrens museum, beach, mall, etc.). We appreciated the little touches like a coloring station, puzzles, games and highchair for our daughter that especially helped during the downtimes.

Great Graduation location
House was cute, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. I especially liked the fluffy towels. Only about 2.5 miles to the graduation and 15 minutes to Presque Isle for a picnic. Games and coloring things for kids. We didn’t use them but I bet families with kids love that extra. Wish we had more time to explore the area. Maybe again…

Second time around!!
Wonderful to have a home base for a week that more than adequately covered our needs with our two dogs. Gave us lots of flexibility to have our own quiet space at the end of a busy day of playing with our granddaughter. Most everything provided for a home away from home experience. Best Erie Location for Visit
The house was wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located close to most major attractions. There was a nice back yard for pets and children to play. The house had many extras that were not mentioned in the description. There was a washer and dryer available! The living room had couch that is a triple recliner! We had a wonderful spring break.

Everything we needed
We made a one night quick trip to Erie and this place was perfect. Clean and the beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything you would need and there was plenty of places around to eat. Although we were not traveling with pets it is nice that they allow them. They extended out checkout for us because our event time was delayed which we were really greatful for. Would stay here again if I was ever in Erie

Quiet and adequate
This property was as advertized - clean and quiet. Everything was in working order and the fact the TV had cable was a nice touch (our past experiences showed that's an exception). If you are cooking, however, be sure to open the window in the kitchen as the vent doesn't blow outside.
