Our stay was interrupted with a lake effect snow storm. Staff was very helpful in refunding the portion of our stay we did not use. The facility is comfortable and clean. In our haste to leave quickly we left behind an iPad. We can ping its exact location and have called the facility. 24 hours later they have yet to verify they have it. That is disappointing

Very comfortable and clean. We did pull back the bed covers and found some black hair, otherwise pretty clean. Bathroom needs to be re-caulk. Only negative was that there was no elevator to the room. Staff was outstanding and wonderful!

2 locations - double check
Be careful - there are 2 Coblestone locations in Erie! We put the wrong one in our GPS, and discovered this when we had all bags inside for a 2 night stay. They said the other one was about 15 minutes away: we were stopping to change before a funeral, and did not want to take the time. They claimed all the standard rooms (like we booked at the other location) were Full, and we could only get a suite for about $100 more. We agreed only due to the timing. The front desk person said they would call the other location to cancel it for us. My husband checked our credit card before we checked out, and found we were charged for both locations!! I told the front desk this when checking out, and she said we needed to call the other location to cancel ourselves! I assured her the other person said they would handle It. Our toilet overflowed the first morning there, and we placed all our towels on the floor. We came back to find it cleaned up, but No one brought us new towels…
