I only stayed there (at a much higher price than other hotels) because I needed a shuttle to the airport super early the following morning. When I reserved the room, I made a note as such, but I never heard back from the hotel -- bad. The day before, I spoke to Mark at the front desk re: the shuttle, and he said they didn't have one. I sent him a picture of the listing -- "Airport Shuttle" and he was very nice, but the hotel didn't cover the Uber cost -- $34.00+. Again, I didn't need to spend the extra money to stay there. If they didn't have a shuttle, I would have stayed at a much cheaper hotel and paid for the Uber. I'd appreciate a $34.38 refund. I can send a copy of the receipt, if needed. Thanks very much.
