Heat did not work, front desk attendant did not seem to care. He asked why we needed heat when it was 35 at night. They moved our room to right beside the front desk, people were making so much noise in the morning at the desk that we couldn’t sleep. No microwave in room as advertised. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom and tub spout was sticking out the wall about 2 inches.

The area could had been cleaner and staff was nice we had no remote for the tv they finally found one for us on the last day the breakfast hours sucks so we couldn’t even partake

When we arrived we were greeted by someone who never even looked at me. Took my license but didn’t even ask for my card. When we talked it was so low you couldn’t hear him, when I asked to repeat - he was very annoyed. We were put in a room at the back of the hotel. There were no secure doors to the hotel. When you walked in the hotel smelled of smoke, that’s not even going into the room. Once we entered the room, it was dirty - floors were dirty, there were 2 of us staying there - we had 1 towel not each - in total. There was no garbage, the fridge had not been washed in I don’t know how long. Finally because we were only staying for one night, we were getting ready to go to bed and out walked a cockroach, on the ceiling. Then as I’m turning on the heater underneath it was someone’s lighter that they left. Then in the morning there was supposed to be a continental breakfast - sure … there was stale pop tarts, donuts thrown on the table under a glass dome. And the yoghurt was just laying on the table that were not even cold. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel EVER and will not be returning back.

The toilet seat fell off. The bathtub was filthy and water would not drain during shower and was green. The sheet had blood on it No one answered at the desk and no one was around to talk about the room.

I just finished up with a double shift and was very tried. Check in was good,But my king room was not ready so they gave me a double bed room. the man at the desk was nice. After I got into the room I started to get a weird headache Thought it was from working, layed down for about 2 and 1/2 hours. Noticed a weird odor. I started to look around at the room and know that I could not stay there. So I book another room right down the street at the Belmont. Nice clean room no odor. I did not ask for my money back, but I should be compensated. The man at the desk said to me when I gave him the room key."checking out already" I said you I can not stay in that room it is giving me a headache. He said after 5 hours you got a headache and you think that the room is dirty. I said yes...Handed him the room key and left. You should go to your hotels and spend a night to see what the places are really like when I moved the one pillow it was stuck to the headboard from the diy of the headboard, that was special

Stayed for 2 nights Oct 17-19. -no towels, & the towels we did receive were literally like sandpaper & extremely small. There was no fan in the bathroom so when you had a shower it was like drying yourself in a sauna! Fridge in room did not work & was moldy. No thermostat in the room & the air conditioner/heater was soooo loud you could not sleep with it on. The “continental breakfast” consisted of yogurt & donuts. That’s it! We did like however the a-joining room option we chose. & the beds were pretty comfortable. I guess you could say you get what you pay for in this instance.

We couldn’t get the tv to work! Even went to the desk and Ben called them but the girl didn’t really know either. It was a long noisy night hearing others banging doors and loudly talking all night long!! Would have never stayed if we knew we wouldn’t have a tv all night !! Won’t ever stay there again!! Miserable night !
