The hotel needs signage at Interchange Road. It is very difficult to find. The room had 1 desk chair. There was an empty corner where chairs and a table should be. We had half a roll of toilet paper and an open lotion, half full. I called the front desk a couple times and there was no answer. I had to go downstairs and knock on the “employee” door to get toilet paper. No one was at the desk or insight. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was great. For the price, we expected more attention to detail. We have stayed at other Fairfield hotels before so had higher expectations.

We arrived just before a big snow storm and the staff were very accommodating in giving us a very late check out and a discount yes rate if we needed to extend our trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast too!

The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the room was both comfortable and stylish. The hotel’s location was perfect - close to everything (shopping and restaurants), yet still peaceful and relaxing. Easy check in, friendly staff and great breakfast options. Would stay here again!

Great short stay. Situated right in the Millcreek mall parking lot. Very clean rooms. Only issue was working the shower but one call to the front desk and Thea was there in a flash. She is a gem!! Hope she gets a promotion, lady is the boss!! We were not going to be on time for breakfast and she offered to put aside bagels for us. We declined but it was a nice thought. Highly recommend this location.

Location was great for our needs. The issue was with staff. They checked us in and gave us keys to a room already occupied! After we got that fixed (no apologies) we did not have our room made up on the second day. We were told they dont do that ! Even though it was the same price for both nights. Premisis is fine I just think it was staff that really didnt care . I am disappointed in Marriott , wont stay there again.

Property was very safe, clean and quiet. I booked a single night online as the room category was not available for a second night. On check-in, I inquired about availability and was told the room category was, indeed, fully booked. The person helping me said I'd have to switch rooms after the first night, which I said would be fine, but then he made no offer to secure a room for me after the first night. I was left feeling like he didn't care at all whether I stayed an additional night, so since I was left to book the room online myself anyways, I decided to move along to another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Unfortunately a hockey team (or maybe several) were staying at our hotel. They were placed on the 3rd floor, we were on the 2nd floor. Kids running and screaming until 11:30 p.m. when we were trying to sleep. Called from desk and was was told no security on and the person at the desk would go up and ask them to quiet down. Called the front desk twice.

The staff was truly welcoming and so friendly. Our room was just what we needed after our road trip. Also sooooo many food and shopping options literally right outside our door . Breakfast was delicious and hot and the area was clean. Loads of parking and both were included.
