The property is right out of a Bates Motel scene from Psycho. The decor was bad. Not hot water in the sink and just Luke warm water after running the shower on hot for 3 minutes.

We enjoyed that it is family owned and we met many family members of all ages. We even saw one of the little boys get on the school bus in the morning. Very charming.

Recently renovated motel that was a nice place to stay in Erie PA. Rooms are clean, located close enough to some good eats. I would stay here again.

Very seemless check-in with friendly staff and the room was very comfortable and clean. The grounds and hotel have clearly been maintained very well and we appreciated the many small touches (nice landscaping and art depicting scenes specific to Erie). The breakfast was also enjoyed with a nice selection of cereals, oatmeal, fruits and juices.
