The helpful front desk clerk at my arrival. Peggy at the breakfast buffet kept the area clean and so well stocked.When it was mentioned that the toaster wan't \working very well the next day there was a new toaster on the buffet , you can see that she prides herself on the care of the dining area

Friendly and Helpful Staff
Staff was very helpful in helping me to extend my stay and to make sure I earned my points for my Hilton Rewards program. In fact, all staff I encountered were very helpful and pleasant. Also, I was able to do my laundry. Very reasonable. $1.50 to wash and $3.00 to dry ($1.50 for 25 minutes).

Nice stay
Friendly front desk, very comfortable room and bed. Only thing that could be improved was that the mini fridge was in an awkward spot and you had to basically crawl on the floor to get to it, but maybe it’s because the king suite in the corner room was set up differently than other rooms? Idk, but I’d stay here again.

There’s very little insulation between rooms so it was very noisy. Doors slamming and kids shouting and running in the halls till after midnight. They also only clean the rooms if you stay 5 or more days. I like to have clean towels and empty garbage cans. The shampoo dispenser was empty too. Glad I brought my own

This property is close to I 90, so light sleepers might find conditions less than restful. Beds were comfortable The building seems tired and in need of a re-vamping. The carpet in our room looked like it was stained with ground-in tar. On the plus side, the woman running breakfast was friendly, engaging & welcoming.

The staff are all super friendly. The property super clean. The breakfast was great! I would have given a 5 but I think some upkeep or painting could be done in the bathroom in the room we stayed in. It's no fun to see chipped paint and worn shower floors on your mini away day.

Staff at the front desk was very nice but the upkeep of the hotel room was terrible. The electric window shade was not working, but we were warned about that before checking in. The bathroom was a disgrace. the hook to hold the towel was falling off wall, the grab bar in shower was falling off on one side, the toilet seat was completely unattached, and the ceiling above shower had obvious water damage problems that were not repaired. We told front desk person when checking out and showed pictures. she said that the manager would call us but nobody did. Worst bathroom that I've ever seen in a hotel
