We’ve stayed here multiple times when coming to Erie. We love how convenient it is to many restaurants & shopping. The pool & hot tub are wonderful! This trip, we had a whirlpool room that was spectacular after a long, fun day of shopping.

Coffee service is Good. Bed Mattresses needs to be changed. Sofa bed springs are terrible. Another queen bed has dilapidated mattress that caused my husband and myself to sink into middle on if.

It was conveniently located for our driving trip. And there was a charger in the parking lot for our car. Room was not updated, but was very large. It was very quiet in our side of the hotel. Nice amenities like pool, gym, guest laundry. We were next to elevator, so heard that in the morning starting at 8am. And up to midnight. Otherwise it was a good safe clean place to stay

Overall it was good, problem was only with the noise from the room next door, they had some birthday party at 2am. Otherwise the stay and the morning breakfast was good. Feels little outdated and less cleaner if compared to other Hiltons we have been.

Ehh, it's ok.
We had a king size bed, and a Jacuzzi tub room. The bed was AWFUL! It was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in.! Then the Jacuzzi tub was so disgusting, and didn't want to work for us. After I cleaned it out, It finally worked, but it was frustrating.

Nice comfortable 2 night stay
Stayed for a weekend getaway over the Labor Day weekend. Hotel was nice, clean. Bed was too soft for me (personal choice, not a bad review), hotel restaurant was nice, sat at the bar. Food was excellent, bartender was friendly and fun to talk to, drinks were made well. Pool was clean and refreshing, hot tub was clean and relaxing.

The staff were fantastic. After a long drive with our two dogs, they were kind, welcoming and accommodating both at the front desk and in the adjacent restaurant.

I was charged a lot for a pet that I was informed about upfront. The manager did end up writing it off which I appreciated. But the room had a funny smell. There were no dark curtains - only the frilly ones. The breakfast was just okay for the price they charge. Not worth the excessive cost.
