Hope we could find the friendless as we had on another Eurostars. Appraise goes for the morning Front desk when we checked in. But unfortunately doesn't have the same attitude the others at other time. Once went down to request a key that unfortunately left inside the room and when i said Good night, both of the front desk girls even had a skills to at least move the head. Same as when we arrived from our tour and then our dinner even welcome or greet us whrn we stop to leave the umbrella. I don't recommended this Hotel.

The rooms are very nice but it was a waste of money paying for a balcony as you’re just looking at an office block so you can’t see anything below you or around you. I would not pay for breakfast at the hotel as it’s very basic

Hidden gem in great location
Beautifully decorated hotel, spotlessly clean throughout. Team is very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The location is one of the best if you using public transport to get around. Some of the main tourist sites 15 mins on foot. Airport express stop 100 meter away. Will definitely stay again when visiting Budapest.
