Staff was polite, spoke very good English, were very accommodating. We almost missed breakfast, sleeping in after 2 long travel days. They did not charge us for breakfast! Since it was the last 10 minutes of serving , the choices were reduced, bur we managed a reasonable brunch. The hotel is easy walking distance from the Termini station, even for 2 70s folks with 4 pieces of rolling luggage. (Less than a block!) Make sure to go out the Marsala exit from the station.

The front service was not friendly, the day we arrived but it got better the following days. Breakfast was good, thanks Julio. The pictures on the web site need to be updated to present, rooms are old, ours did not have a safe. Overall the area was OK, plenty of restaurants near.

Property was conveniently located near train station which also had numerous taxi stops. Was advised not to walk past train station at night due to pickpockets. We used the laundry service around the block that was reasonably priced. Property has an elevator, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Mall in train station has a variety of options to eat at. There are several small shops and a large grocery store across the street. Breakfast had a large variety and reasonably priced.

We didn’t actually stay at Hotel Marisa because of a plumbing issue with the room but they booked us at Hotel La Griffe. The communication was excellent and they made sure we were extra comfortable. Thank you to both hotels.

Very friendly staff only challenge was a/c in room was not perfect but they tried to fix it. Other part of families room was very cold. Going back to the staff I can’t say enough of how friendly they are. Assisted with how to get around and great recommendation on a restaurant. Also great location

The closeness of the hotel to the termini station was EXCELLENT. You can take the metro, fast train easily. Yes, there were homeless around the termini station but we had no problem. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They always answered our questions and gave us helpful tips about how to go around the city. Just ask any questions you have in your mind.

Hotel was basic. No reception area or bar to relax while waiting on friends or family. Bathrooms need updating. Lots of homeless sitting on and around area near hotel. Bed and a shower is all I was looking for which worked fine.

We just had a quick stay before our flight out. We picked the hotel for its lose proximity to Roma Termini and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4. We did not have the breakfast, but it looked and smelled good. The entry is beautiful and the staff was very helpful. It is not in the center of the tourist center, but for what we needed it was great. Also, I was pleased that it was not particularly loud as it is a very busy area and easily could have been. We slept well and comfortably.

The hotel room smelt of damp and mould, very unpleasant. No kettle, shower didn’t drain, tiny bed, the safe didn’t work. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is just across from the termini station which allowed us to easily take the express train to the airport. Metro nearby as well to get you all around the city. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and very quiet facing a small residential street. Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants nearby.

The only thing negative is I was in a secondary building and my check-in was at night which made it difficult to find the building after receiving my key. However when I returned to the front desk they were most helpful!! When I get to my room it was larger than I anticipated and spotless! Shower was great and bed was very nice. Given the location to the Termini Station I would not hesitate to stay here again!
