Our whole house rental includes 3 bedrooms and two baths. Garage bay available - walk right into the kitchen - for your convenience. Game Room in basement with Pool Table, Foosball, small Air Hockey Table and Basketball Arcade. Central to Vermont's 4 season enjoyment - Lake Champlain, Mount Mansfield, Burlington's Church Street, the EXPO - Champlain Valley Fair Grounds events and the Essex Experience with brewery, eateries including Bramble and Black Flannel, a movie theater and outdoor music. Other attractions are Stowe, Ben & Jerry's Factory Tours, VT Teddy Bear and Shelburne Museum, to name a few. One guest said, “The house was ideally appointed with nightlights, auto lights, flashlights in drawers. The beds, pillows, and sheets were lovely and bedcover options were ideal. Bathrooms were updated. The kitchen has just about everything you'd need. The refrigerator is large; ice is readily available. Cooking was easy. It’s a well equipped kitchen. Coffee pot and Keurig options and a coffee grinder. There's an outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs around a gas fire pit in a private backyard. There's also a grill and table for outdoor eating and cooking. We did not grill by choice. There's a game room downstairs with lots of fun options. There are two washing machines and dryers. The neighborhood offers endless walking options. There are even trails in the woods that connect to some of the neighborhoods. Restaurants and food shopping options are nearby. The keypad entry option to the house is simple and ideal. The setting of the house is lovely with a view of the woods from most windows, private yet not isolated. There's a wide paved driveway and an option to use one Bay in the two-car garage. You can access the kitchen from the garage. The owner asked if there was any improvement we could recommend and we had to think long and hard for a minor recommendation. We are two couples that often travel together and often use temporary home rentals. I highly recommend this home!”

Fantastic stay!
Beth is an amazing and generous host who stops at nothing to ensure her guests have an amazing stay! She even texted to let us know about a snowman kit after a fresh snowstorm! The house is immaculate, warm, and inviting. We loved the fireplace, comfy beds, snack basket and pancake mix and syrup! Communication was friendly and outstanding! Highly recommend!

excellent family rental
We are a family of 4 with 2 small children and stayed over New Years for Skiing. The house is the perfect size and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the well-stocked kitchen! The push button fire place is a nice feature for chilly nights. The kids enjoyed the fusbol, air hockey and Basketball game in the basement. Garage access to the kitchen is very convenient on snowy days. Would definitely come back!

"Hallmark" Christmas
Last year I told my husband I wanted a "Hallmark" Christmas. (we live in FL) I know from growing up in the north you can't be guaranteed snow at Christmas but it's much colder than FL so, I started looking for a place that was in our time zone & found Beth & Greg's place in VT. The online description of the home & location sounded perfect for what I was looking for, the only thing I needed to complete it would be snow. So, I booked it. My husband's cousin & husband also went. From the moment I booked the stay Beth was in immediate communication with me and answered all/any questions we had prior to arrival. We arrived the Monday before Christmas and it was amazing, they had snow! The house was everything as described, we even had the pleasure of meeting Beth in person! They had a real Christmas tree in the living room w/several beautiful decorations on it! She had left us some snacks and a wonderful welcome gift of local maple syrup, pancake mix and a bottle of wine. Totally unnecessary, but very thoughtful & much appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to make and serve small or large family dinners. The grocery store was easy to locate, about 12-15 min drive from the home. Everything we wanted to do was well within an hour drive of the house. We definitely recommend this home if it want to visit Vermont!! Thank you Beth & Greg for our wonderful holiday stay!!

A fun anniversary weekend
We were visiting Vermont for 5 days from our home in Colorado to enjoy the leaves changing and to enjoy all the fun things to do in the Burlington area. The house is centrally located to all the scenic byways as well as to hiking trails, train rides, sunset cruises and other outdoor activities. The home was in excellent conditions and very clean. The hosts were great to work with and were always very responsive to any questions we had, they even offered us information and travel brochures without being asked. The beds were very comfortable, the outdoor firepit was a nice touch for happy hours, and the games in the basement were very entertaining. We would recommend this home to anyone interested in a nice vacation experience.

Felt like home!
We were in town for a family function. We chose this house because of the location. We could not have been more pleased! Everything was spotless and well stocked. They have really thought of everything! There were many places to gather around the house, just perfect!

Girls’ Trip - perfect place!
This was a girls’ getaway trip (Thursday-Monday) for me, my sister and our four adult daughters. The house was about as perfect for us as we could have imagined. Everything was clean and well labeled. Anything we could have imagined needing (kitchen ware, games, “junk” drawer, information in a binder, bathroom supplies, and more) was there. Our plans were to visit Stowe, Waterbury, Burlington and Shelburne during the day so the house served as our home away from home. We enjoyed one evening by the fire pit and spent our last night having happy hour and dinner on the deck. Beth’s communications were friendly and helpful - we knew she was there for us if we needed her, but we didn’t, since everything was perfect. This visit was a “one and done” for us, so we probably won’t be back, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area.

Wonderful stay!
Beth's house was great! We loved the large and safe neighborhood for walking, going to the park, and the pool. The beds were comfortable and the home had plenty of space. Beth and crew were great hosts, providing little touches like coffee and snacks, beach towels, and a detailed binder of information. A surprise perk was Maple Street Park a few minutes away that had the best pool, playground, and pump track. We also loved the nightly visits from the owls!

Great Spot!
This property was perfectly located to take advantage of all the fun things Vermont has to offer! Beth made check in super easy and the house was extremely clean, well outfitted for cooking meals, and had fun exta amenities after a long day of sightseeing - my teens particularly enjoyed the pool table! Outstanding host!
Our group of 6 senior adults had a wonderful time on our trip to Vermont, and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. First, Beth is very responsive to all emails, and answered all questions incredibly quickly. Second, the house is amazing. The photos are very accurate, and everything was absolutely sparkling with cleanliness. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the snacks were a welcome treat! The neighborhood was quiet and it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We can’t recommend this place more highly!

The home was lovely - clean, comfortable, private, and fully equipped with whatever you'd need. The hosts were very kind and responsive, and left us snacks and coffee, which was a nice surprise. The most amazing home
Beth is AMAZING. First, you couldn’t ask for a better host. 2nd the house is better than it is described. Clean awesome beds with little thoughtful touches like personalized recommendations for things to do based on my family’s ages, beautiful bathrobes and fluffy towels. I will 100% stay here again.

Great vacation home in beautiful neighborhood
Our stay was very enjoyable and we loved the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Large driveway for 1-2 cars. Beautiful landscaping and a great backyard deck. The house is tastefully decorated and very accommodating. Loved that it is all on one floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks. The host, Beth, is very attentive to the smallest details We highly recommend this rental.

Relaxing and Comfortable Home
If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation, this home is the perfect place for you. Beth was beyond helpful, and even left us snacks!!! The house is loaded with everything you may need, even an air hockey table which I didn’t realize I needed until I played it. The neighborhood is perfect for morning walks, there are great restaurants and grocery stores very close and we found amazing antique stores not too far away. The owners were very responsive, and provide anything you may need.

Lovely home for family time
My family of five rented this home in early April. We wanted to stay a few nights near our son (at Champlain) in a nice, cozy place where the family could chill and bond! This place was it! We cooked (a lot!) and everything worked exactly as it should have. The cookware was quite nice, and I can't think of any items it lacked. We spent time in the basement playing air hockey. We brought games that our family like from home, and the space was good for that. We had a lot of fun! The weather was average, so still chilly at night. The home had space heaters in each bedroom. We didn't need to pull them out, but I imagined I would want them in the winter! The beds were comfy and nicely appointed nicely. I loved the bedding in the master! I wish I could find it for my own home. While we are an "old" family now (the kids are 21, 21, and 17), I appreciated that there were not many fragile items around. They can get a little loopy together, especially after having been away from each other. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, which made for good walking (with some hills!). Parking was easy, as was accessing the house. When you go in the garage, check out the paintings on the wall. Fun!
