Spacious villa

Lovely house and gardens with a fantastic location! Franck the owner is very helpful and accommodating to any requests and the property manager Norman goes above and beyond to assist with anything!! The villa is equipped with everything you need for a fab stay! :)

A top villa stay
Wonderful stay in a very comfortable spacious clean villa. Fantastic outdoor space with a lovely large pool, garden and covered seating area. The terrace at the front of the house was our favourite breakfast area with the sea view. The beach is only a few yards from the house as well as the coastal path for walks. We would not hesitate to return, hopefully sooner than later.

Lovely home
Our family had a beautiful vacation in this home overlooking the Mediterranean. We took some day trips to some of Spains great historic cities. We took morning walks by the beach which were special. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics and plus some. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms, Immaculate, and modern. This is a gem of a place for family vacation.

Family summer get together
We had a really wonderful stay at the villa. It was well apoointed and the layout suited an adult family very well with separate bedroom zones at either end of the main living space. The various outside seating areas were wonderful to take in the sun and shade of summer days and evenings The villa is next to a very busy road and when we arrived it seemed quite noisey. As we settled in the beauty of the sea views to the front and the comfort level of the pool area at the rear near the road meant we forgot all about it. Evening walks via the gate from the property to the beach promenade were an utter joy as the sun set. We enjoyed a final meal on the last night at a nearby restaurant about 15 minutes walk along the coastal path. Estepona is lovely and a 15 minute taxi ride. We had some lovely evening meals and shopping there simply soaking up the summer vibe. A day trip to nearly Gibraltar was interesting and just a 40 minute car ride. We had a fabulous time at this wonderful villa and would definitely recommend

Relaxing break in a lovely clean villa
The villa was wonderful with everything you need for a relaxing break. A real home from home and spotlessly clean. I fully recommend getting up early enough to see the sunrise over the mountains across the bay. Norman and his family were really helpful and showed us how everything worked. The pool was fabulous and got the sun all day which made it a great temperature to jump into all day long. Franck the owners was great to communicate with and if you are looking for your next villa this is the one.

An experience in Spain
An excellent price and property. We rented in the off season which was still much warmer than home. The property was as advertised and central to the Costa del Sol. It provided a base to explore Spain as well as Morocco, Portugal and Gibraltar.

Celebrating special birthday with close friend's
The villa was amazing Very clean ,it has everything need making it a home from home. The outside area, with the built in BBQ and amazing seated area was where we spent the majority of our time. You can sit outside at the front of the villa with a cuppa watching the sunrise over the sea and then spend all afternoon and early evening by the pool at the rear of the property. Luckily we decided to rent a car.... without this we would have been a bit stuck !! The villa is located on the sea side of the very busy A7 a dual carriageway with very few pedestrian crossing places therefore just to get to the nearest supermarket which was on the other side of the road we had to take the car. The ports of Estepona and Peurto Banus are only 20-30 mins up the road and well worth a visit. Norman the villa manager was brilliant. He allowed us to access the villa before the stated 6.0pm. He met us on arrival showing us round and was at the end of the phone if needed. A point to note was that the steps at the front of the villa are very steep and would be a problem with anyone that had mobility issues. Overall a lovely villa at a reasonable price to rent. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to rent again. Tracey & friends

Nice villa, no a/c in bedrooms, noisy near the dual carriageway
The villa is very nice with outdoor seating around the pool and easy access to the beach. The villa backs on to the motorway so outside behind the villa in the pool area is very noisy. The front porch area is pleasant and you can hear the waves and see the sea.

My wife two daughters and I have a had a wonderful time in this lovely villa Thankyou, the facilities are fantastic and everything you could need is close by. I would recommend anyone staying to hire a car. Norman the agent was fantastic, answered any queries immediately and was very caring. Thankyou for facilitating a great holiday.

Absolutely outstanding
We went as two couples. The villa has three bedrooms, the two double bedrooms being at either end with their own bathrooms, so worked perfectly for us. The villa is beautiful, in a private location at the end of a cul-de-sac. It's spacious, has a fantastic swimming pool and outside area. Great views of the sea and easy access to the local beach. We cannot recommend highly enough. One small thing to mention, it does have some steep steps going up to the villa so may be a challenge to anyone with limited mobility. (maybe like climbing a set of stairs at home)

Villa was fantastic, has everything you need, extremely clean. Pool great with lovely views at the front facing the sea. Road at rear noisy but didn’t affect us. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the late check in of 6pm and early checkout of 10am. Norman very helpful with the issues we had. Would visit again. Thankyou

Villa was outstanding
We arrived home yesterday from 8 day's at this villa and it's easily one of the best, if not the best, we've ever stayed at. Villa was spotlessly clean, huge and so much better than we expected from the pictures. It even smelled lovely! The back garden is a complete suntrap, having the sun until it sets in the evening. Despite going in may, it got very hot and the rattan seating under the huge wooden gazebo was a fantastic addition meaning it stayed cool in the shade until about 6pm when the sun finally dropped low enough to shine under. The children had regular breaks under here inbetween jumping and playing in the pool. The front terrace was beautiful to sit and eat breakfast looking at the sea, the sun shine there from about 8.30am. My husband was apprehensive about booking due to the proximity to the road - a very busy, main road however, we couldn't hear it from the bedrooms - only the sound of breaking waves - fabulous! Yes, you can hear traffic around the pool but as the villa is set lower and with the trees too I can honestly say the noise didn't bother us. The 'beach' is set mere steps away going out from a private locked gate around the side however it's mostly rocks and pebbles and sea can get a little rough, we didn't go in here due to all the rocks - walking further up the promenade will take you to similar beaches in the area though, none were particularly note worthy however we knew this about the area. There seems to be a huge amount of work going on in and around Estepona, we looked on Google earth before going and most of the bars and restaurants we'd identified were closed down which was such a shame however these may be open again over the summer, it seemed very much a work in progress. We did visit Puerto de Duquesa (8€ by Uber / 11€ taxi home - taxi queue and plenty of availability - if you fancy a few drinks) which was really lovely - lots of restaurants around and Griffin's is highly recommended. Plenty of shops (Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi) within an easy drive, however it wasn't particularly touristy so don't expect many gift shops etc. Pool was slightly bigger than expected and the children lived in it! Brilliant fun, there were a few items left from previous bookings which was nice and we also left inflatables, bat and ball and a frisbee. The villa was really well stocked and honestly felt like a home from home. Norman was lovely and so helpful - Can't recommend it highly enough, absolutely brilliant.

Wonderful stay in this lovely house.
A great place to spend two weeks to just relax and get away. There is a walking path along the sea for as many miles as you want to log. A short drive to the wonderful town of Estepona with restaurants, shops, and everything you need. Coffee and croissants every morning in a beautiful little plaza next to the Plaza de Flores was a special treat.

Stunning property, pictures do not give it justice
Beautiful property!!! literally 30 seconds from the coast via a gate from the perfectly manicured wrap around garden. There is a mini market shop around 5 minutes walk away for essentials, the old town in Estapona is a must at 10-15 minutes drive or 12 Euros in a taxi. There are also traditional restaurants nearby - around 7 Euros. Franck has great communication and his manager Norman is on hand instantly if you need anything. A taxi from Gibralta airport is around 50 Euros, and very easy to get right outside the airport. Please note there are no provisions included so an evening flight would not include a cuppa on arrival, however, I am sure if requested Norman would organise milk and bread but we never requested this. All in all a fantastic villa and fully equipped kitchen. With many different areas to relax in. The bars are comfortable and its lovely to go to sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves, thankyou Franck and Norman for your hospitality.

A piece of heaven
The villa is beautiful from the pictures but even more stunning in person, considering the price its fantastic value for money! With sea, pool and mountain views, its literally breath taking, we loved our stay! The villa is decorated absolutely gorgeous we felt like millionaires staying here!! LOL. Not one fault with the villa or outside area, the owners should be so proud :) Villa was spotless and beautifully cleaned. Thank you xx only downside is you do need a car unless you enjoy plenty walking :), we had a young family and didn't hire a car so did have to use a lot of taxis to get to local bars/food, however taxis arrive promptly and lots of great places to visit closeby. Thank you for a fantastic Holiday xx

What a view!
The photographs are accurate. It is a truly beautiful setting and well kept. Google translate helped the check in process and it was warm friendly and painless. The villa is beautiful and well kept. The garden lovely and the pool massive. The arbour out the back was perfect for enjoying the heat but not the direct sun. The house had everything we needed. Complaints? Only three really. The front stairs are steep and there is only a rope to hold onto… Security in Spain is tight but so was the keys to access the gardens. I could have mentioned it but we managed but the owner might take note and finally there is a very busy road at the back of the property that spoilt the peace a little. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The welcome was warm and the house well equipped. Would we stay again? Yes probably. Just with more ear plugs!

Winter at Buenas Noches Beach
We are a retired Canadian couple who just spent an amazing winter at Casa Buenas Noches. The property is spacious and well equipped with beautiful views of the Mederteran sea. We spent many hours watching the sunrise with our morning coffee. It is a peaceful location with access to the beach. In walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. Less than an hours walk to Sabinillas. Frank and Norman we very helpful. They were quick to deal with any issues. We are missing our stay already and look forward to our visit next year.

Beautiful villa with great facilities, easy to have a relaxing time.
Once you have got over the 2 issues that the description doesn't provide you with, i.e.; the villa is not really on the beach ( direct accessories means via a public road through a gate and over a small wall...) ; and, the villa has a quiet cul de sac in front, but the busy/noisy A7 behind it; you can begin to appreciate what a lovely villa it is. With very modern and contemporary decoration/fittings inside a beautiful refurbished building. Breakfasting on the terrace, facing the sea and sun in the morning, playing in the pool, sitting under the sheltered shade covered patio in the heat off the sun, and then using the outside grill and kitchen and soft seating at the end of the day - the most wonderful way to relax. We had 10 days there and would have loved to stay 10 days more. We had one small issue with the pool, and the proprietor ( Franck) had already given us the number if his 'man' ( Norman) who arrived in minutes and sorted it all out. We had regularly correspondence with Franck before the holiday to check a few details and asked for some flexibility on arriving/leaving due to strange flight times, and Franck/Norman were very accommodating and very helpful. We would whole heartedly recommend this to anyone looking to relax in a beautiful villa with stunning sea views, and will definitely look to book again when we next visit southern Spain..

A beautiful Andalusian villa with stylish interiors and superb pool and sea views from the terrace
The property is located on a beautiful stretch of coast and has splendid sea views from the terrace and a stunning pool with landscapes gardens to the rear. Inside it is spacious, light and stylishly decorated with two high spec bathrooms and a contemporary designer kitchen. We had a wonderful week here in June, well looked after by Norman who ensured our stay was completely stress free. Just seconds from the beach and only a short stroll to a couple of excellent Chiringuitos. We’d love to come back and wood highly recommend.

Noise road
The villa is perfect! Good swimming pool. But at the rear of the villa is a four-lane motorway. This continuously makes a lot of noise. That is a great pity.

Excellent séjour balnéaire et touristique
Cette maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et aménagée avec goût. La piscine et le jardin sont parfaits et l’entretien aussi. L’emplacement permet un petit bain de mer à 30 mètres sur une petite plage de sable foncé non aménagée et donc presque privée! Le seul bémol est l’emplacement en contre bas de la quatre voie mais le confort de la maison minimise les nuisances sonores

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt fast direkt am Strand. Über einen kleinen Weg gelangt man zum Strand, den wir bei unserem Aufenthalt fast durchgängig für uns allein hatten. Der Strand ist natürlich, d.h., dass es dort große Steine gibt und ein kleines Stück Sand; Liegestühle und Schirme muss man selbst mitbringen, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Das Haus selbst ist schön groß und sauber. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer (zwei davon jeweils mit Doppelbett und eins mit Einzelbett), zwei Bäder; eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne, in der man duschen kann. Wir haben uns im Haus wohlgefühlt, da alles schön eingerichtet und sauber war. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, da einige Dinge bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Auch wäre es toll, wenn alle Schlafzimmer mindestens ein Fenster mit Fliegennetz hätten, damit man abends und nachts durchlüften kann, ohne dass Mücken oder andere Insekten hereinfliegen. Zudem sollte man keine Lebensmittel offen herumliegen lassen, da man dann schnell Ameisen auf der Küchenanrichte hat. Insgesamt würde ich das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen!
