The home was architecturally designed to capture refreshing breezes through open windows and doors. During the 2023 remodel, we added a 2-ton AC unit in the main living room plus portable fans throughout. For most guests, this setup is perfect—but if you're particularly heat-sensitive, consider avoiding the hottest months (July and August). Enjoy the crisp mountain air!
• 4WD/AWD & Snow Tires: Required from November through May due to potential for snow and icy roads.
• Elevation: This property is situated at ~8,500 ft of elevation.
• Age Requirement: Must be 28 years or older to book or insta-book our home.
• Exterior Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for your safety. They do NOT capture any interior spaces.
• Holiday Restrictions: No check-in/check-out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Reservations not meeting these requirements must be adjusted or canceled.
