It may not look like much from the outside but the rooms are newly remodeled! They are modern, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Great rooms! The service however is dreadful. The young ladies running the front desk are more interested in their social media than real people visiting the property. Also, the front desk is completely isolated from the cleaning staff, They have no idea when the cleaning staff are finished with the rooms and are unable to help the guests with simple room replenishment items like coffee refills or even a roll of toilet paper. The front desk staff couldn't be bothered with even looking for a roll of TP. We had to wait for the cleaning staff to show up to get a roll. Also...no hot tub for those booking because they said they had one on their website. It is permanently closed. Great rooms, terrible service.

The room was very clean. Bathrooms seem to be updated. The property is older. prices in the area are very high. It's a tourist trap. Extremely quiet at night! And bed was comfortable.

Walking distance to visitor center and restaurants. Rooms were very clean. Only complaint, not a restful sleep. Refrigerator made constant noise and you could hear every step in the unit above and all around.

The lodge was perhaps an older facility, but the interior (at least of our room) had recently been remodeled, which was very well done. The area was quiet, in a convenient location with just a short drive to town center. The staff was very friendly & focused on ensuring a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean accommodations. The staff were friendly and expedient when we called to ask for more soap in our room. Would definitely stay here again, especially given how close it is to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Room was very nice and comfortable. Chairs at the table in room could have been a bit larger. Handicap parking for those on the 2nd floor in the upper area would have been good.

The tv didn't work at first. No hot water in the shower . Room was small and bathroom tiny and was right off the foot of the bed. It looked like a hotel in 70s. Very limited breakfast. Look elsewhere.
