The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast is continental with mainly grab and go stuff. The staff was very nice and helpful. One thing I did not care for was the ice machine was in the room with the linens (and smelled terrible). Overall, it was a nice place and, for the price, I would stay here again.

We liked the convenient to our activity in the area parking was fine. what we didn't like was the that we asked if we could check in early and the girl said yes took our moneys and when we asked for the key told us we had to wait until 4pm it was 3:35. ok fine then we parked by the room and looked inside the room looked ready. so we waited until 3:55 after not seeing any staff around to check if the room was ready or not, she texted with someone to check which too at least 5 min. just seems like she could have checked when taking our money. Second the room was much smaller then listed on the web site there is not much sound barrier between rooms so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend

No frills, affordable
I’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed my stays, over all. This last time, there were some very loud neighbors arriving to their rooms late, making a lot of noise. Not the fault of the establishment. However, the walls seemed a bit thinner than my previous room. And there was tissue that was left from previous guests behind the bedside table. Either of these may be a one-off scenario, as we encountered neither the first time. Check in was very easy, even after hours. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was nothing to rave about, just ok. I would stay again. It’s a good value, as long as you’re more worried about saving money, than bells and whistles. Estes park can be expensive.

Clean and quiet stay with comfy beds and extra pillows… all of the things I like in a stay. The little balcony was an added bonus with mule deer walking past on their path in the morning. Everything in town was close and convenient. We really enjoyed our visit.

A bit disappointed when seeing our room as the picture that showed on my email confirmation was nothing like the room…….definitely no patio overlooking the gardens……I actually never saw a garden That being said it’s basically a motel but the room was clean and spacious and the location is good. Nice and close to the park entrance and town center to grab dinner or breakfast If you are looking for a quick, reasonably priced and clean room to stop over for a night this is your place…..looking for something a bit more scenic or relaxing I would recommend looking further

Beautiful view of mtns. Allowed early check in since I was sick (one hour early). Nice towels, bed very squeaky semi-comfortable. Cheap coffee maker in room broken. Fridge was horribly loud from late eve to next morning and not very cold- unplugged it and reported to staff at checkout. Froze all my food and drinks. Door lock was hard from the outside - no deadbolt to lock it from the inside- very insecure without a way to lock it from inside.. several outlets taped over (non working). Ice machine you had to drive to or walk a ways to reach it. Getting in and out of the property was tricky- the exit/ entrance hard to see and is a steep slant downward into the property- visibility to cross highway tricky. Continental breakfast and space at office was nicer than expected. Staff not friendly at all in the morning and at check out. I visit EP each year at this time and stay at different places. Will not stay here again. .
