Great Mary’s Lake Homebase
We stayed here for Thanksgiving this year and it was all that we hoped it would be - great homebase to explore all that Estes and RMNP have to offer! Convenient to either end of town, the restaurants, as well as all the natural beauty of Estes and the Eastern side of RMNP.

Beautiful rental property but mattresses need replacement
The rental property is very nice, but the mattresses are worn out and need replacement. The unsupportive worn-out mattresses took away from our overall sleep and comfort level. Other than the beds we enjoyed our stay in this rental but would not stay here again unless the mattresses were replaced with something more supportive.

Great Location
We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantistic and the views are great. The place was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that it seemed silly to have to drive to the office to pick up the envelope with the door code instead if it just being emailed. But overall it was a great experience!

Lots of space & great views
Place was great. 3 bedrooms all had their own bathroom which was great. Plenty of space in the living room/kitchen, location easy to get into Estes Park and RMNP, quite neighborhood and hot tub was clutch after some long hikes. Would highly recommend.

A Great Stay!
Quick and easy drive to town and park entrances. Well equipped home for a group to stay at. Living room furniture has been updated since photos to include a loveseat and couch so plenty of sitting space. Absolutely gorgeous views!

Treasured Family Time
This property was beautiful! and very accommodating. The location and views of the mountains and Mary's lake was spectacular! Our family stayed here to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and she felt truly treasured to enjoy family time in such a great home. We played games, watched movies, enjoyed the hot tub and even hiked in the area. This property has enough living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. We all agreed this property is now on our list of regulars we will be returning to annually - its a favorite now!! Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful property with incredible view.
We had a wonderful stay at this property for spring break. Plenty of room for us as a family and we loved that we could bring our dog. I was a little disappointed there was no washer or dryer that I could locate on the property. That would have been handy as we stayed 3 nights. The hot tub was awesome and you can't beat the views from the property. Easy access to RMNP and all the things you want to do downtown, but nice quiet location away from it all.

Annual Holiday Getaway
This is our 4th annual holiday vacation to Estes Park and our first to this location. It was a wonderful stay! We particularly liked the views, hot tub, and numerous kitchen supplies. We liked having a garage to park our car, particularly during the snow.

Awesome Property
Beautiful property and awesome mountain views. We attended a wedding over the Labor Day weekend and this property did not disappoint. It was very clean, well-stocked with towels and personal care products and plenty of room for all. Wish we had more time to stay longer.
