Great stay!
Such a beautiful place to stay during a quick trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was clean and cozy. It was easy to find and the location was very convenient. I also liked that there was a restaurant next door which also had amazing food.

Great stay overall! Wapiti restaurant was wonderful; sidewalk accessible for nice stroll; close to downtown. Plenty of room in the cabin for 4-6 people. Shower water pressure limited but overall facilities were excellent.

The room was clean, the restaurant next door had good food, the view was nice, proximity to Estes and the park was awesome for the price. No manager onsite created confusion to get room code. Would stay again.

Price is low and there are good things (clean, helpful staff when they are onsite, comfortable bed) a few things would make me not chose this place again. Mostly no cell phone or WiFi coverage. Cell phone might work some of the time and WiFi worked about an hour and was off for the next 10 hours. And there is no hard door to each room - it is a sliding glass door with tint on it. Very strange and the room never gets dark at night because of the lights outside the room. And they ask you to remove the bed linens and take out the trash before you leave. It's listed as a motel but they appear to want to lower operating costs as much as possible - i.e. the staff manages two other properties besides this one.

Our room was way too small for all they stuffed into it just to say it had a kitchen. The “kitchen” consisted of a refrigerator with a microwave on top. It’s an old and dated facility. The room was unbearably hot when we first arrived and it took forever for the dated air conditioning box to cool the room off. Over priced for what you get. And they want you to strip the sheets and empty the garbage before you leave too. Stay somewhere else for the money.
