I cannot say enough what an awesome location this is Bring your bike & appetite Such pretty rooms The view of Ettal monastery is breathtaking in such a quintessential farmland area I did not want to leave!!

The view down onto the little village of Ettal, the monastery, and the surrounding mountains was beautiful. The balcony, adorned with flower boxes, was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The spätzle was tasty. This is a nice hotel.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful tiny village in Germany! Super clean and staff are very friendly. They also spoke English which was great since my German is pretty bad. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

If you looking for a genuine German Hotel, this is it!!! Ive traveled Germany for 40 yrs and this is one great hotel and the location is outstanding overlooking Ettal. Great restaurant and breakfast. I will be back once in the area.
