We were visiting our daughter at KU and it was a very manageable distance from Lawrence. It was great to have a fenced yard for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home!
This house was very clean, and had everything we needed! It’s a bit “tucked away” in Eudora, so it takes a bit to get to. Everything is just how it’s described on the website. Very comfortable beds, updated kitchen, plenty of space. Super place to stay!

Lovely Small Property In Quiet Neighborhood
My husband, myself, and our dog stayed in Meredith’s lovely property at the end of August while in town for a Phillies game. It was the perfect property for us. The house was completely updated and tidy, all furnishings were incredibly well chosen for comfort and use, and the neat interior design left us feeling peaceful and rested for the weekend. We very much enjoyed the completely fenced in backyard, where our dog had the freedom to sniff and roam and play to his heart’s content while we relaxed on the patio. The finished basement with a game room was so much fun!! The neighborhood is a small and quiet place where we felt completely safe and secure and is located far enough outside of bigger cities to not feel busy, but close enough so that within a short and easy drive, we were at our chosen destinations. Meredith herself was a dream to communicate with and not only answered every question we had with minutes, but also made sure our every need and request were met to the best of her abilities. We lacked for nothing and couldn’t have been more pleased. Overall, this property was perfect for us and we hope to use it again on our next trip to the Kansas City area.

Wedding weekend
Perfect size home to allow my husband, daughter, son in law and baby to be together for a friends wedding in Lawrence. Well equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities in every space, games for all ages and baby equipment for us to use. Nice patio, firepit and play space in the fenced in back yard. Meredith is a responsive and welcoming host and we thank her for providing the home for us to use.

Perfect for kids
If you are looking for a place to stay with your kids, this is it. So much better (and actually cheaper) than all the hotels we looked at for our weekend stay. Plus we were able to bring our dogs! The kids loved the game room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, from plastic toddler silverware to wine glasses. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful home for families!
We booked this home for its proximity to Lawrence and that it allowed pets as we travel with our fur babies. The home was spotless and previous reviewers were not kidding about the game room. It entertained the younger family members and the upstairs living area accommodated those who wanted a quieter place. The fenced in yard was awesome. We were blessed to have a day of 70 degrees in February, and so we were able to enjoy the outdoor space as well. Merideth was wonderful with communication. We hope to be able to stay here again when we are in the area.

Christmas Play Time
This is our second stay at this great home. It is perfect for those with children -- lots of room, games to play and if the weather would have been a little bit warmer we would have enjoyed the backyard and playset out there. We never had to leave -- had everything we needed to prepare the food we brought with us and we had a great time. We did leave to visit Prairie Center Meats which we discovery last time we stayed -- FABULOUS fresh beef, pork, poultry, etc. We will be back!

We travel to KS often to visit our son & his family in Lawrence and this was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at! The game room was so much fun and backyard was great for the dogs. Has everything you need and more! This will be our go to when visiting KS. I highly recommend this property!! Not to mention Meredith is a great host. 😬
