The Oasis is located in the heart of Eufaula where you are just steps away from the lake, restaurants, a convenience store, a liquor store, and family fun. The Oasis is a two bedroom townhouse that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a Cal. King bed and has a balcony that overlooks the cove. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full over two twins. The Oasis has a stacked front load washer & dryer.Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Put things back where you found them.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.

The host Richard was exceptionally responsive. There were zero issues. Check in and out process was super easy and quick. The location was perfect. The unit is in good repair. I would stay again and recommend.

Enjoyable Brief Stay
My husband and I are seniors. While this was more of a family unit and we would do better with a one story, I picked it for the location. It had everything and more. We liked having 2 restrooms, a view of the lake, a nice dinner at Captain John’s, and close to shops in town. We would book it again or recommend to our children and grads.

We loved the townhouse! Nicer than my apartment back home. Right on Lake Eufaula, with a boat ramp, restaurant, general store and liquor store within a 30 second walk. For the best price we could find on Eufaula.

Great Pit Stop
We just stayed here for a quick night stay while passing through. Check in and check out was painless and the house was exactly what we needed. Great setup for the kids with the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. The lake across the street to go feed ducks etc was a nice bonus Would definitely stay here again over the hotels in the vicinity.

We chose this property based on location, and it really worked out. Ample parking, very near a boat ramp, and a restaurant just across the street. We didn’t eat in the condo very much, but it seemed well equipped with what you would need. The beds were comfortable, and I wish we had all of our kids there to enjoy the extra space. I especially appreciated the fact that there wasn’t a long to do list for checkout. We left the house really neat, but weren’t required to start laundry, etc. like some properties ask you to do. Quick communication with the property manager was a plus. I would recommend and would stay again.

Awesome quiet place In convenient area
We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The pics are a great representation of the cute condo located in an easy accessible location to lake and town. The king bed was super comfortable and we slept well! Loved the extra details of soft sheets/towels, nice dishes and a great coffee maker and Kcups. I’d stay here again for sure!
