I booked trip, when we arrived Thursday noticed the room was quite tattered. burns on the comforter, dirt smudges on fridge, stains on shower curtain. Very disappointed in that, but to their credit they refunded the nights stay and they cancelled the next few nights and moved on.

Tweaker thieves band manager she's rude
Horrible experience they didn't fix our stove so couldn't cook and there was druggie thieves all night and day tweaking making messes and broke into our truck and stole 10k worth of work equipment for my husbands work talked to manager after made police report and hotel was rude and didn't care worst experience will never rent again there so gross

Well, to begin upon check-in staff was not polite at all did not answer questions just went through the motions of taking a credit card and giving us a key. Upon entering the room, noticed that the curtains had holes in them. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there were no face towels in the bathroom, and the room was not clean . Additionally, the area. Does not seem very safe. Noticed the police cruising the parking lot periodically. Also noticed in the back of the building what appeared to be homeless folks mailing around. Was scheduled to return to this location and cancel the reservation and booked another hotel. The property looks like the type of property that’s used for low income folks to rent weekly or monthly.

The room was clean however the were a few minor issues there was no remote for the tv and would have liked if there were a coffee pot and the shower curtain rod was all but ripped out of the wall and the bathroom light you have to flip the switch on and off quickly to get the light on.

The bathroom had no toilet paper, the sink and the toilet weren't cleaned, and the air conditioner has a very musty smell. I arrived late and had to leave early to so I didn't make a fuss, but wouldn't recommend. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but I get the distinct feeling they are understaffed.

Room wasnt ready at check in. Waited a hour after they said it would be ready and it still wasnt. They handed me my blankets and i made my own bed. Bed had springs poking me and the place was in rough shape.

Not super clean.
The room wasn’t the cleanest. It filled the need of a place to sleep before getting back in the road. One bed had only a fitted and top sheet. The other had a fitted/ top sheet and blanket. Had to ask for more blankets and they only had one available. Crumbs left on table. Debris all over the ground if the floor. The bed was made, but had stains on sheets. Shower was sufficient but had a very poorly patched up hole. You get what you pay for, but for $100 bucks a night, I almost just wish I stayed at motel 6.

The room was still dirty when we got in it, and then when I told the attendant, she brought me the broom to sweep it myself. Then the room smelled so bad, like cigerettes. Mind you, we were in a non-smoking room. So the attendee gave me spray bleach to spray the room to help with the odor. I would never tell anyone to go there, nor would I ever go back.

Poor Experience
Walked in the room and there was toilet paper in the toilet (not used by me). The shower pressure was not very good. The bed, and particularly the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. It was little more than a pull-out futon.
