This luxurious newly-remodeled 3-bedroom house has a private sauna, and is centrally located, 5 minutes from the University of Oregon and Matthew Knigh Arena and 10 minutes from Autzen Stadium. This home is ideal for travelers, reunions, bridal groups, graduations, office retreats and romantic staycations!

The House:

This is a 3-storey house with a 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The front entrance is located on the top level, which opens into a single open living space with large sitting area, decorative fireplace, dining area, bar counter, half bathroom and kitchen with a large island. There are reclining chairs facing large panoramic windows and an outdoor patio offering views of the Willamette River and Autzen Stadium.

The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table and pool table.

The second level has 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom with a tub, a second bedroom with king size bed, and a third bedroom with two queen beds. There is a shared full bathroom, common reading area, office space, outdoor patio and laundry area on that same level.

The bottom level has a private spa and sauna and massage table, with full bathroom facilities including twin showers.

The neighborhood:

This Skyline house is located just off Franklin Blvd, in a quiet residential neighborhood on a tree-covered hill, next to the University of Oregon.

Skyline sits on the side of this butte overlooking the city of Eugene and the Autzen stadium. It also faces west offering beautiful sunset views.

It is a 5 minute drive to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium.

Skyline is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Hendricks Park and a minute's walk to the famous Pre's Rock.

Access:

Driving or shared rides is the main way to get to Skyline. There is a 2-car driveway and street parking in front of the house for parking.

Great house!!

This is one of the best VRBO houses we have stayed in. I appreciate the accuracy of the listing. We have stayed in many where they over exaggerate the house. I feel like this one might have under represented the house. It is recently updated and well done. The views are amazing and it's close enough to walk to campus and a great hiking park. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were all quality. The house was very clean. The sauna was a really nice addition, now I want one in my house. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again. A few comments to potential renters - the kitchen is well equipped for take-out or reheat foods but lacking in specialized utensils (cheese grater, garlic press) and mixing bowls, if you plan on cooking. Lots of big spoons/forks, and pots and pans. Nice plates and silverware. Also, it was super cold in the house when we got there and took a while to warm it up.Communication with the owners was super easy and they were delightful to work with. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay and truly couldn’t have had better views of Autzen and the campus. We had all the amenities we needed and had a comfortable stay. We did have one of our cars broken into one night (which surprised us given how quiet and private the area felt), so make sure to lock your cars!

Fantastic home with amazing views and nice amenities

This is a very nice home with extraordinary views of the city and valley. Super clean. Tons of seating. Very comfortable. The sauna is awesome. Nice kitchen to make meals in. We had a gathering for my dad’s 80th birthday and it was perfect. Parking in the garage was also really nice. We’d 100% stay here again.

Thought the stay was very enjoyable. Beware of ants though. Could not adhere to the no shoes sign due to lots of ants on floor eating munchies from previous tenants, who also left lots of pistachios in the couch. The cleaning person needs a talk’n to. Gorgeous view! Very nice place you have Chong.

Great Views and Lots of Room

The sunsets at this property are amazing as you look over the town of Eugene. There is lots of table and living room space to hang out and entertain. The beds are very comfortable so everyone had a great night sleep. As an added bonus, the spa (steam room and massage table) are there waiting for you to unwind.

Beautiful house and that view!

The photos of the property were accurate, but the actual house was amazing! Very clean and furnished beautifully. The view from the living room and the strategically placed recliners was our go-to spot...there were 6 of us and we would take turns in the chairs. Best place in the house! However, the sectional in the same room was comfortable, as was the huge dining table. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed for some light cooking. The bedrooms (and beds) were very comfortable with nice quality linens. The owner was very responsive to any emails. We were visiting Eugene for a family wedding, so I'm not sure I will need to come back to Eugene, but if I did, I would definitely stay in this house. Bravo!!!
