Wrong Key, nude man isnt hospiality!
I was given a key for another persons room, opened the door to be greated by a nude man. I backed up, went back to the front desk, they acted as if it was the norm. Horrible!

Being on the water and the windows opening to the sounds of the ducks and the trees was enjoyable. The TV remote control in the bedroom did not work except for power and volume, in the breakfast room, no eggs were ready at 9am on Saturday.

Hotel is very nice. The only problem were the laundry machines. 1 of 3 washing machines worked fine. 1 of 2 dryers kind of worked.However, it didnt really dry the clothes.The other dryer was broken.

We arrived at about 10pm after a flight and the first experience we had was pouring a cup of coffee in the lobby, fixing it up and taking a sip and it was cold. The desk employee told us that we would be able to microwave it in our room! No fresh coffee made. We arrived in our room to find one of the dresser drawers taped shut and broken. No big deal but then my husband tried to wash his hands in the sink and not only was it so stuffed it wouldn’t drain but black (mold/ pet hair? Not sure) came back up through the sink. The nice young man at the desk attempted to snake it but it didn’t work and we were forced to change rooms. The new room had a wonky bed and a slow draining sink but no nasty black crud so we stayed. Woke up the next morning to find a coffee maker without all of the parts in the room. The breakfast left a ton to be desired- the eggs had the texture of powdered eggs and the “hot” water for the oatmeal wasn’t hot enough to cook it! The 3rd morning we were in the room trying to sleep after the long game day and the smoke alarm started beeping. We called down to request maintenance change the battery and then 30 minutes later again tried to call but they wouldn’t answer our room- I know this because I called from my cell and they answered immediately. Finally the maintenance person let himself into the room to replace the battery- that’s right- no knock (although the do not disturb happened to still be on the door). I could keep going but out of characters!
