Staff was rude, asked for handicap accommodations was told it was impossible. No way to cool the room, only 2 settings hot and hotter. Room was so small wife had a difficult time navigating it. was told had I told the front desk clerk that my wife had trouble with stairs that they could have given a different room. Told them about the problems, was told that I could stay somewhere else. As we were unpacking, someone else was given keys to our room as well as someone unlocked the door and started into our room. THIS is the first time I have EVER made the decision to get a refund and just NOT stay. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and as I was attempting to get the refund told me he didnt want to talk to me anymore.

I'm handicapped and they put me in a room with no close parking or handicapped parking. Had to walk a lot to unload, 5 trips since I can't carry a lot. Kept telling me no other rooms yet the one end of the facility looked very empty.

The property was well maintained & clean - we thought it was much nicer than average for a Motel 6. Only complaint - they said coffee was available in lobby from 6 -10, but when we got the last cup from the coffee pot a little before 7 am the next guest was told, “sorry, that’s all for today.”

Basic but nice furnishings, staff could improve

Pleasantly surprised by the corner shower. Roomy, updated, sleek, nice. Reasons for not getting 5 stars: - zero toiletries without warning - door was a bit banged up and a gap was visible at the bottom right corner - the front desk person SAW me come in and walked out the other door without acknowledging me. There was a sign at the late-check-in window "will be back in 10 minutes or less", which she was, but it would have taken her 10 seconds to say "give me a minute I got to help a guest with X and I'll be right back."

They've recently upgraded the rooms but still haven't perfected the cleaning protocols. The last time I was here, there were a lot of vagrants around the property. They were gone. The new security lights are definitely bright enough. The room was lit enough to see even with the blackout curtains.

Not a great experience

I have stayed here several times before, and even stayed in this exact room before, but this was hands down the worst visit I've had. When i got too my room, the heat was on full blast and the room was like a million degrees. I turned off the heat and opened the widow, which ib hate doing in a hotel, but even his latter it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. I was going to take a cooling shower but realized that there were no towels, wash cloths, or bath mattress in the bathroom. Just a generally disappointing experience, especially considering i spent like 10 dollars more for the night than i normally do because i booked last minute.

I woke up in the middle of the night swiping a bug off my arm. Turned the light on and there were small cockroaches all over the floor. Packed up and left at midnight.

The room was really clean. I asked for an ADA room and did not get one. I got a room on the second floor. I didn’t care much for the seedy looking characters that hung around the parking lot and occupied the other rooms in the motel. There was one woman who was not wearing a bra and had a thin shirt on and her nipples were poking out. They were the size of child size pencil ✏️ erasers
