Room was tastefully decorated with a large flat screen tv and a very comfortable king bed. Although bathroom was small it was clean and well appointed. Only complaint was noise travels through from adjacent rooms although next door residents were considerate.

Noise - right next to busy street and freeway on-ramp
Ask for an upper floor room - I had a ground floor room and you can hear everything if there is someone in a room above you - even walking to the bathroom you’ll hear at all hours - no bueno
Overall if cost is your main concern it’s fine - you get what you pay for
This is a cool hotel. There is a Japanese style vending machine market attached and no staff on site. Keyless entry. The room is updated and decorated in a hipster kind of modern retro vibe. Keurig for in room coffee and refrigerator and microwave. The train and road noise would bother a light sleeper.
Really cute boutique motel! I love that it has been given a new life, and redone so well! Very comfy bed and central location. I would stay there again if visiting Eugene.
I was very happy to see clean really shiny tiles in the shower. everything was perfectly clean in the room. I totally understood why they leave earplugs in the room for you. The hotel is on a very busy street and also next to a railway where the train blows the whistle for a couple of blocks.
Really cute little motel close to downtown Eugene and some great coffee spots and shops. Bed was very comfortable, the couch bed was convenient but not quite as cozy. Parking was easy but the lot is very dark at night. Ultimately we had a nice stay and would book again.

Liked: walking distance to locations in town, and contactless check in. Disliked: very thin walls, gap under front door, no fan in bathrooms, booking indicated King size bed, and it was a full, and the AC/heater unit was filthy and incredibly loud.
Great little spot! Affordable price point, but really nice place. The owners have put a lot of time and effort into making this a unique place to stay.
No complaints about the property or owners. It was perfect for our quick stay... very convenient check-in and out. Very clean room! Our only complaints would be the condition of Eugene. It was very run down with a lot of garbage, pee smell and homelessness. Considerably worse since previous visit.
