Exclusive and tasteful holiday home in the Bavarian Loisachtal Achmühle

The house was built in 2015. On the 160 sqm living space of the semi-detached house you will find a modern, light-flooded living area with a cozy seating area, fireplace and swiveling TV, a dining area with an elegant natural wood table and a white kitchen unit with a black granite hob. There are four bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds (two of which can be separated into single beds) and two bathrooms, each with an open wellness shower. High-quality natural stone is laid throughout the house, real wood floors in the bedrooms. The furniture is timelessly modern and yet typical of the place, with style-breaking highlights such as pompous chandeliers in the bedrooms or extravagant pictures throughout the house. The invisible outdoor area, planted with tall trunks, to which the walled border gives it an unmistakable courtyard character and privacy, with its deckchairs, a grill station and a spacious dining area invites you to linger in the open air.

Absolutely fabulous!
The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The house is very clean, modern, full of light and spacious. Everything you could want is there for you from fabric softener, to Netflix to a garlic press. The kitchen is really well equipped. The area is great for outdoor adventures for the whole family. Would definitely recommend swim at Anbach in Starnberger See: warm, shallow, sandy bottom and stunning view of Alps. Kids loved Galaxy slide area part of Erdinger Therme. Pool at Benediktbeuern good fun too! Rafting in Austria was another highlight. 11 out of 10 from us!

Loved it - great spot to explore Bavaria
Our group of 7 adults loved this property. Sparkling and modern - by far the best kitchen set up I’ve ever seen from a vacation rental (chefs out there will not be disappointed). The hosts were fantastic and gave us lots of good recommendations. Great location to explore southern Germany. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Modern apartment in ideal location
We stayed for three nights in this excellently appointed apartment in June 2022. Hosts were extra helpful. We wanted a location that we could reach Munich and Garmish-Partenkirchen easily. The local town(s) turned out to be have great restaurants! We highly recommend to all and especially to other USA residents.

The house and property were very comfortable and perfectly organized for a week-long stay by two couples. The owners were very gracious and welcoming and the setting was absolutely perfect for relaxing and visiting sights in Bavaria. We took full advantage of the great open kitchen, which was perfect for enjoying evening meals after sightseeing. The location of the property made it convenient for visiting other areas in Bavaria and was near a bike and walking path that allowed us to explore the area on foot. I would highly recommend the property as a place to stay for couples or families.

The property was in pristine condition, being relatively new, and was as clean as a whistle. The patio and outside areas are attractive and inviting. Ample parking is on property. The hosts are very interested in their guest's satisfaction and went out of their way to accomodate us, including stocking the refrigerator with breakfast items and beer. The kitchen is a wonder of European ambiance and is equipped with every convenience one needs for cooking...modern appliances, cookware and dinnerware. The website description of the bedroom/bath arrangement needs improvement. We were looking for bedrooms with ensuite baths. This property has three levels with three bedrooms and one bath on the top level, one bathroom on the main level (living area) and one bedroom in the basement. For two couples wanting privacy this was not the most advantageous design, since one couple had to use the main level bath and transport toiletries and clothes up and down the stairs. On the positive side, the upstairs bath is spacious with spa-like qualities. For guests trying to get out and about quickly, having to wait in line is not desirable. I still highly recommend this property because of the hosts and because of the proximity of the property to all things Bavarian.

Insgesamt gibt es nichts großes auszusetzen. Schade ist nur, dass keine Bäckerei bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ein Auto wird definitiv benötigt, auch um entsprechende Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.zu können.

Familienausflug nach München
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie in dem wirklich sehr schönen Haus. Die Anbindung mit der S-Bahn nach München war unkompliziert, der Starnberger See war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern für die freundliche Betreuung.

Unterkunft für eine Workation
Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, mit 1 Flasche gekühltem Bier für jede angemeldete Person, und von dem Hausbesitzer persönlich. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir konnten an dem großen Tisch alle gemütlich Platz finden. Es gibt ein Gästebuch indem alle wichtigen Infos drin stehen und auch bei Nachfrage bei dem Vermieter wird einem geholfen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne als private Reisende wieder.

Beste Voraussetzung für einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub!
Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Frau Holdschik sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit nochmalig buchen. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach München oder in die Berge ist optimal, sodass mit dem PKW alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen ist. Die Gastgeberin und deren Familie ist sehr sympathisch und bei Nachfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung gestanden. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit in Ihrer Unterkunft.
