The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. We were thankful for the top floor room, but the view out the window was the opposing wall of the hotel. It's not a big deal, but it's a strange design of the building.

Pros: nice breakfast service. Kept well-stocked and very clean. Lobby was spacious and a good congregating spot. Cons: room way too small. No extra chairs or sofa to spend time on. Room was very cramped. AC blows right on bed w no ability to angle. Beds were poorly made (sheets don't fit right) and mattress too soft. Bed covers felt cheap and not in great shape.
