Not a fan of this property. Will not be staying again. Noisy, not clean, mattress, furniture, and in room amenities less than optimal. Staff were friendly but not clear on policies and practices regarding room cleaning and linen restocking.

This is not a boutique hotel. It's a decommissioned chain hotel with new, very bare-bones furniture. I need one thing from a hotel: a comfortable bed. The beds were passable but the pillows were worn out polyester fill that was hardened and unsleepable. We were provided newer ones on the second night. Bath towels were small and scratchy- well past when they should have been replaced. The room was clean, the staff was nice, but the minimum necessary for a comfortable stay was not being done. I didn't expect too much for a room at this rate, but even those expectations failed to be met. Get it together Redwood Riverwalk.

Old hotel that needs updating
Very dated hotel... not as nice as the photos on the website. Lumpy mattress, loud fan in old bathroom, flys in the room all over the window when we arrived. Breakfast was average. Definitely not what we were expecting for a "boutique" hotel.

My wife and I traveled from San Francisco to Portland on the Pacific Coast Highway and stayed at 7 different locations. By far this was the worst. The outside of the building looks rundown and so did the room we stayed in. The room was big and was clean but the bed was terrible. It did look like a nice pool. There was really nothing around the hotel other than an Italian restaurant. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.
