Parked my car and didn’t drive anywhere for 3 days. Amazing location. This is the way to enjoy Eureka Springs! Great views from the balconies.

Nice Property. Sketchy Management.
When we arrived to check in to our room the key lockbox had already been opened and the key was missing. I called the rental company to find out what happened. They were clueless, but said they would send someone over. After waiting awhile I decided to look again and there was a key taped with black tape in the bottom of the black lockbox. This was apparently the spare key. We got in the room and the keys were in the room. The stay was fine after that.
It it priced like a luxury property but not cleaned and cared for as such. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and the coffee mugs were both dirty. There were spiderwebs all over around the door to our room. A clear sign that the property is being neglected.
On the check out info in the room they expect the guests to clean for them (wash dishes/take out trash). Maybe this is why it feels a bit neglected.
I hope the management starts taking pride in this historic property and doesn't let it deteriorate. My advice would be to stay elsewhere if there are other options available. I know we will.
