Not what the picture portrayed. Dump
We did not stay in that DUMP! It was dark and there was no office to check in. I never received a confirmation and was unable to reach anyone by phone. It was too dangerous and we did not feel safe. The fact we could not check in prevented any stay.

The renovation being done here makes the rooms amazing. We were blessed to have the “penthouse” room. On the outside, it’s a cement building they have renovated, but on the inside, it was SOOOO spacious with everything we needed. For the price and convenience, there’s not a better room in Eureka Springs. Love this place!

The executive suite is really a small, well-appointed apartment with a full kitchen, living room, fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom. Modern decor offset by a cute retro full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor seating area is quiet and peaceful on the edge of the woods. We were visited by several deer and an armadillo while relaxing with a cocktail by the fire pit. A great contrast to the bustle of the historic downtown area just a couple miles away. Best of both worlds! They offer no contact check in with a PIN code for your door. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The only complaint was the hotel room door does not have the door number on it so we were a bit confused on how to find out room. Once we did though we were fine and loved every minute of it.

Nice time, pleasant place to stay.
Overall it was great! The beds were a little hard for my personal preference, but the room was clean, everything waa functional, and the staff was super friendly and nice. Within minutes from great attractions and restaurants and downtown eureka springs.

Not worth it!
The hotel was shabby, dirty and noisy. The bathroom wall had a hole in the wall! The bathtub had not been cleaned and even had hair in it. I would never recommend this place.

Check out the back end of the property and youll find cushioned swinging chairs on swivels with a couple benches and a fire basin. They even strung lights up on the tree next to it. There are plenty of places to hang outside solo or as a group, but that little area was the best!

They did a nice job remodeling the rooms and definitely upgraded most things. The bed was memory foam but was extremely hard and felt like we were sleeping on the floor after a day or two. With all the other nice touches, we wish the bathroom had a few more upgrades like the shower head and the shower. Shower head was not great and would have been nice to have a better quality one. Wish the staff was a little more friendly and had shared helpful information like the wifi password with us when we checked in.

Nicely updated. LOTS OF RULES IF YOU HAVE A PET! The pool was randomly closed, so we didn’t get to try that unfortunately. Comfortable beds.

The staff was extremely helpful - I don’t normally stay at motels but the pictures of the room online got me. The decor is super cute! It is a motel tho so you can hear when people are right outside, etc. We enjoyed our stay for sure and I would stay there again but the staff really added to the experience and I think that’s part of the reason I would stay again. They are just kind and pleasant. Idk.

We really liked this place, the room was beautifully decorated. It had everything you need. It was very clean, and very spacious. I would have given it 5 stars, but the bed was firm, it was like a tempurpidic, not my kind of bed. To firm for my liking. As side from that, great place to stay.
