Main level master bedroom has King bed, private bath, queen sleeper sofa, 27-inch TV, and DVD. Main level second bedroom has King bed, 19-inch TV and DVD. Both bedrooms have private decks. Large living room with 50-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, DVD, and VCR. Downstairs has outdoor access and features an additional living area with 50- INCH FLAT SCREEN TV, electric fireplace, additional refrigerator and microwave. Also downstairs is a bedroom with a KING bed as well as a bedroom with two twin beds and 42-INCH FLATSCREEN TV. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The full bath is located between the two bedrooms with a double vanity and walk in shower with rain shower head. The toilet area can be closed off from the vanity and shower area and accessed separately. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. Free Wi-Fi access available.


We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is 10. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events.

A bit of concern would go a long way and maybe an I'm sorry?
First of all,the location was great and the size of the condo was awesome. I booked the condo to celebrate my fathers 89th birthday and my grandson's 3rd birthday. So, it was my dad, my husband, my son, his wife, my grandson and me. Husband, father and I arrived on 11-14, the house was fine, but we could not get internet. My son was on call, so he needed the internet. I started contacting them on Friday, first thing. I also wanted a key to a seperate lock for the downstairs where my son and family were going to be staying. The rep questioned why I would want a key for the downstairs. Seriously? you have to go up steps to get to landing then key in lockbox to retrieve the ky., then the kids would have to go in through the primary floor, and then down the stairs with the 3yo. If we had of had a key, they would only have had to go down the side path to their downstairs front door entry. Now, does that need an explanation of how much more convenient and reasonable that is? If a guest requests an additional key, I do not believe that request should be denied. I am paying you for a service of convenience, hence a vacation stay. It should be seamless. Then there was the internet situation. My Son who is an IT professional finally ran down the problem and determined the splitter for the tv/internet was defective. Therefore, we had to disconnect the COX cable service in order to have internet service. The rep had requeste a call from COX who determined it was not

We loved this home. We ended up traveling with 5 adults and 1 child. This home was spotless. It was very spacious and relaxing. Check in was done within seconds as was check out. I would definitely choose this place again.

3 couples spent Labor Day weekend on Holiday Island, Arkansas. This 4 bedroom 3 bath condo was clean and well maintained. It's location is on the main road so not ideally located but okay. The check in process was easy and efficient. I would stay there again.

Really liked the property. However--the instructions on the refrigerator referred to a "binder". We found no binder. There were no instructions on how to operate the TV. Also no instructions on how to deal with recycling. The property is great. The teenagers had the entire downstairs for themselves. Property is close to the lake. Really appreciated that the ice cube trays were full. Minor thing I know but nice to have ice all ready to go. The kitchen knives could be a little sharper. Electric can opener didn't work but there was a manual one. Overall excellent property. There were 7 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all.

Exactly what we needed!
We stayed here with some friends and family as our daughter got married in Eureka Springs. This house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and obviously well kept up. There was also a notebook on table that had lists of churches, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, check in/check out process, etc. That was super helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay here!

I rented this place for a quick weekend stay. It was hard finding a place with enough rooms so everyone could have their own privacy and this place was perfect for that! Very quick and easy check-in and only a 15-20 minute drive into Eureka Springs. Very quiet and fantastic scenery.

Our stay was an alright experience. The master bedroom squeaks every time you move in bed and I didn't get much sleep because of this. There are also some stray cats in the area and meow constantly. Nothing the owner can really do about that though. Oh, and if you sleep with a fan on... good luck. There isn't any. Not a big deal but just to warn people if they're used to that. Overall, it was an okay experience. We didn't spend much time inside the condo really except to sleep but it was nice being a little away from all the chaos downtown Eureka but with easy access to Eureka when we wanted to explore!

Great Condo!!!
We went with my mom and stepdad for my nephew's wedding. It was a very relaxing place. The reason we picked this one is because of two bathrooms and two king beds. Furniture was nice, kitchen well stocked, and we had three neighborhood cats that adopted us while we were there (I'm a cat lover!) Would highly recommend this condo--great price for such a nice place!

Every room was spacious and a great get away with another couple. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and accessories you’d need. The four living room chairs were very comfortable. The only con is both beds are squeaky but comfortable. We would book again.
