The interior of this spacious suite is all NEW.  Amazing furnishings, large TV with streaming services, comfortable seating, and plenty of room to entertain friends who may want to stop in.  (Please no more than 4 extra visitors - Events are prohibited.  Only 2 overnight guests are permitted.)

 
This is the largest patio in Downtown Eureka Springs with the most unique view!

This lodging overlooks an AMAZING slice of history called the "Rock House".  Civil War Soldiers were treated in this makeshift “Hospital” under the bluff which came to be called the Rock House.  Then, in the late 1880s, Health seekers arriving at Basin Spring would walk to this bluff overhang for trading and commerce.  The structure below served as many businesses, including The Rock House Saloon. 


There is more than History at this incredible property. 

Downtown Eureka Springs is a "Foodie" paradise.  Wonderful restaurants are steps away, including Le Stick Nouveau, Rogue's Manor, The Grotto, Devito's, Nibbles, Local Flavor, and several others are steps away. Mud Street Cafe and Mud Street Annex are the perfect spots to have brunch and enjoy amazing coffee across the street.  The funnel cake stand is also directly below the entry stairs.

 
Nightlife is located on Spring Street and Main Street, steps from your front door. Dancing at Eureka Live, drinks at The Stone House, music at Chelsea's, and several other restaurants and bars are very close, so you will not need to use your vehicle at all if you are focused on a Downtown Eureka experience.

Cozy room, perfect location, creepy cave (in a good way!)

We stayed during a particularly stormy weekend and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Thanks to it being within walking distance of everything, we could make short trips while it was less rainy out. It made the downtown area much more enjoyable. The sound of the rain on the roof was very relaxing too, some of the best sleep I've had in ages.

Great Location

It was very spacious and was centrally located. Opportunity for Improvement:There were a variety of snacks available, but some were expired by a few months. There was also a large trash can that had not been empty prior to our arrival. The light switch that controlled the light/fan above the bed did not work, but you can still manually turn the fan off/on and there was another lightbulb that seemed to be out. Per the check out request, I did leave a note with these issues before we left.That being said, the host was very prompt with their response during the booking process, answering all my questions. Overall the condo was very clean. The cave was great to explore. It's located towards the end of Spring Street, making it very convenient to ride the trolly to the top then walk down through the shops and end at the condo. We will definitely stay again!

Valentines weekend retreat and relaxation

This was the perfect place to stay! Close walking distance to everything and enough privacy to really relax. We loved the views and porch and the coffee was wonderful! Definitely want to come back again at some point!!

A perfect location

First off, there is a loading zone that you can park your car at long enough to take your suitcases upstairs. We met the owner Mike, who was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. The check in instructions were easy to follow and we had no problems getting into, the suite. The suite was perfectly for two and the suite seemed bigger than what the online photos depicted. The suite had everything that you would want plenty of room and had been nicely remodeled. It had a large outdoor patio, which was very nice and his own very special rock house cave. Within walking distance, there were many restaurants many stores and we had our own designated parking spot, just a short walk in distance, which is very nice since parking downtown is at a premium. Our days were filled with, the passion play and the dinner train, which was very nice. We had a great time and would highly recommend this location for a stay in Eureka Springs historical downtown.

Short but lovely stay

Large, clean, spacious unit with big outdoor patio. Bathroom is functional and updated (except for the peeling wallpaper). Up two flights of stairs but a great location right on the main drag. Unfortunately we had an accident and had to cut our visit short. Fatima was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location

It was a beautiful place to stay. The condo was big and the patio was great. We came in a little early, around noon, to walk around Eureka Springs. I called the phone number to make sure it was OK. I parked in the designated parking before check in so I didn’t get a ticket. It took a little while before someone called me back, but they let me know it was fine to do so. Luckily, we had already done it and didn’t get punished for it! After we checked in, a cleaning lady showed up and keyed in our room and walked in. Luckily we were just sitting there when it happened. I would definitely recommend.

Honeymoon get away

Rock House was located in the perfect spot in Eureka Springs to be able to walk everywhere and still have all the privacy. My husband said this is where we’ll stay when we come back. The room was exactly what we wanted!

Great Getaway - Perfect location

The Rockhouse Cave side was a great place to stay. It was comfortable, spacious, with an amazing patio, and an up close and personal view of Civil War History. The location is perfect for those wanting to walk Main Street in Eureka Springs. The check in/out process was convenient and not complicated.
