ON THE ISLAND. (Sleeps 8/1360 sq ft) $180 per night, (W$165) Three-bedroom three-bath condo. Master bedroom is on the main level with King bed, futon sofa, tv and attached bath. Second and third bedrooms are located downstairs. Each bedroom has a Queen bed with private full bath and sliding glass doors to the small shaded deck. Beautifully decorated living room offers a love seat, sofa and club chair with FLAT SCREEN LCD TV. Dine in kitchen has sliding doors to the huge comfortably appointed private deck. Laundry closet is located off of the kitchen. Gas Grill. NO SMOKING. Free Wi-Fi. There are two parking spaces available.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events.

Holiday Island
We had a lovely visit at this property. The unit was a bit rustic, but clean and spacious. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had a restful holiday. I would definitely consider going back in the spring or summer when the amenities are in full effect. But for a quiet holiday it was perfect!!
