This cozy little motel is clean and comfortable. The rooms have been updated and they are cute! The restaurant/bar was excellent and food delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful! I would recommend this quaint little spot for anyone visiting Eureka!

Worst Beds
This motel has a cool vibe and fits perfectly with the Eureka Springs quirky personality, but leaves a lot to be desired. The room smelled slightly - there's a lot of folks smoking on the property (one of the items on the check-in is number of ashtrays desired). The water pressure was a trickle. The walls allow all your neighbors conversations and "business" find its way into your room. If you have "busy" neighbors this can create some interesting family conversations. But the worst and most inexcusable was the horror that is their mattresses. The motel was obviously renovated in the recent past, but the mattresses may be original to the motel. Get some toppers at the minimum. I felt every spring and never been that sore the morning after just due to trying to sleep.

Not for senior citizens!
No parking, rooms where very dark, bugs inside room, mold on tile in old tub/shower, window AC, outside of door was tore up & painted over, very steep steps getting to room.

The staff is over the top friendly...the room was clean. Just one thing that bothered me...There are huge gaps under the front door and back door....the biggest of bugs, snakes, spiders could get inside. I could see so much daylight through these cracks...I can't imagine when it is pouring down rain...total water flow under the door into the room. And, how are you suppose to stay warm in the winter? And, it is overpriced on the rooms. Food is good, music was nice.

This was a great place to stay! The bar had live music and food. An amazing experience. Bed was so soft!! Hotel and bar/restaurant staff were awesome. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Actually picked this place on a whim trying to find a decent less expensive hotel, and thought the pictures look good. When I got here, the smoking bluegrass band was playing cold Sprungbully so I checked in, ordered some food, and watched the band for three hours. The food was great. The music was amazing in the room with everything I expected, clean, cozy bed, renovated. This is the best whim decision I’ve made in a long time :-)

Super awesome front desk staff, and amazing staff working at the bar that night. They were busy with the crowd for the live band that was playing but were very quick and efficient and super nice and polite. Pool was unfortunately closed for renovations which kind of sucked but enjoyed the atmosphere of the whole place.

It was a very good time! Rooms are nice, clean,and simple. The bed was very comfortable! The food was superb. The pool was being replaced so no swimming BUT, weather couldnt have been better so bo big deal. Will absolutely stay again!

Great time in Eureka Springs.
This is a great small motel. Historic and simple with basic room needs. The bar and restaurant are great (karaoke every night we were there). Front courtyard was nice with a firepit and chairs available. Rear deck looked out on a urban forest with a nice surprise. There was a white tail doe with 2 babies that hung out right off the deck! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Eureka Springs.
