This is a lovely B&B in what I was told, is a typically Brussels style house. The owner Sara contacted me in advance to ask when I was arriving to give me keys & was very helpful. She upgraded me to a bigger room because they'd had a cancellation. The B&B isn't good for anyone with mobility problems because there are steps into the building and the rooms are up or down further stairs but Sara kindly carried my bag (and her baby!) for me despite my protestations. The room had a huge double bed and what looked like a sofa bed. There was a desk, power points to charge phones etc, a desk and a good size bathroom with a pleasingly powerful shower. There is a kitchen upstairs with tea & coffee and, bliss for the UK traveller - a kettle and fresh milk in the fridge so I could make a strong cup of tea. I asked for a basic breakfast (cereal, eggs, bread rolls, fruit, juice and a pain au chocolat) for 10 Euros but could have had a full breakfast for 20 Euros. I paid in cash but they accept bank transfers as well but not credit cards. I would stay here again if visiting Brussels for work.
