Mediocre rooms. Drapes didn't fully close so one of us had a light shining in our face while trying to sleep. TVs didn't work. Couldn't get many of the channels. The staff was great. Grace was an absolute delight and made our stay pleasant despite the shortcomings of the building.

Ok hotel—Good value for the money
Overwhelming odor when we walked through the door—hate that in any hotel. No smoking means no smoking of ANYTHING. Front desk service was excellent. Rooms were fine but could have been a bit cleaner. Not a horrible choice for a one-night stay when passing through.

I chose this hotel based on its ratings, the general location and the fact it had an outdoor pool. I am not picky but when I spend $102 on a Thursday night I would like to say it was worth it. The positives are: it was close to my family I came to see, the pool was refreshing and fairly well kept and my bed was comfortable. The negatives were: the floors were dirty throughout the hotel and especially in my room, my room had an overpowering smell of air freshener as well as stale smoke and I only had one washcloth. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I had a good night sleep and everyone I encountered was friendly.
