Hotel under construction. Hot tub was not working. Was having breakfast went back up for something lease 10 mins before it ended and everything put away. Then was sitting and dining up and the ee working breakfast shut light out while we were eating and another family was as well. Just rude about it!!!

Our room was nice, they were renovating so there was a little chaos with places being blocked off and worked on. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. There’s a dennys in the same parking lot that’s open 24/7 so that was convenient.

The website said the hotel had airport shuttle service. I contacted the hotel and was told there was no shuttle service. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm at the best. The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was clutter and dirt. Room cleaning only occurred if you requested it.

The hotel advertised Free Airport Transportation. I am 80 years old with poor vision and arriving at 10 pm, I chose a hotel with that service. I called the hotel 10 times telling them i was needing to be picked up. The hotel hung up on me every time. I took an UBER.The clerk told me they don't offer thst service. When i showed the clerk the web site I was then told the service is only for 6 am until 2 pm.

Our room was super comfortable, excellent service and they brought in a cot for us upon request. They were renovating so our room had a wet spot from the AC. Understandable since renovations. Can’t wait to see the hotel once renovations are complete.

Front reception is under construction but staffs are very friendly! If you need shuttle, they have trouble getting shuttle driver before 8:00 am. It's better to confirm at the front table 2 hours prior to make sure they have a driver.
