Welcome to our spacious 1300 Sq Ft 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on Historic Franklin St. Franklin is well known for its abundance of entertainment, fantastic food, ice cream shop, boutiques, and much more. All within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was 100% remolded down to the studs specifically to be a short term rental. Enjoy the 55in flat screen smart tv in the living room on the cozy leather couch. Each bedroom has a king bed as well as a wall mounted tv. The kitchen has been tastefully done with butcher block floating shelves as well as countertops. The bathroom has a lovely tiled shower and the laundry room has a washer and dryer.

This is a cute little apartment! Very clean and well kept. The beds were awesome! Right downtown with many places to grab food or drinks. Would highly recommend

confirm timing of check out
Everything within the apartment was clean and the layout is nice. The only complaint is that the check out time on the app was labeled at 11 am. However, the cleaning person came in at 10:30 and gave us 10 minutes to pack up and leave. So make sure to double check with the manager on the time which you have the rental to.

Apartment stay
This is the best rental we have stayed in. We were in town for a concert and 6 adults stayed and had no problems finding the location, or sleeping comfortably. It’s located on a cute street with some night life and also morning spots for breakfast. The owners communicated quickly and really care for their location. We will keep them in mind if we are back in Evansville again!
