The room was very clean, breakfast was good, with plenty of gluten free options. The only negative is that the room was loud. We could hear the front desk, elevators and our room had a leaking commode that would refill every half hour or so.

Horrible service
First we were given a king room instead of 2 queens like we booked. Then when we came back down to tell them they told us it was our fault for booking on hotels. Com. Then we had to make our own bed on the pull out they gave us instead of fixing the room issue.

Noise level is very high. If it wasn’t for the noisy A/C we could have heard nearly every other guest arriving and going.

I just couldn’t get comfortable at all on the bed! The mattress was so hard and felt ancient. Tossed and turned all night, especially with noise from above (someone definitely arrived very late on the floor above us).
