Excellent 1 night stay. Hotel was clean, friendly, and located right on the marina. Area had plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to, and appeared to be very safe. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Lovely hotel next to the marina. Room was clean and comfortable. All areas of the hotel were nicely decorated and clean. Had dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious. Staff was very nice.

There was a dirty sock in the bed! The room had been ‘cleaned’ without the bedding getting changed! Called reception and they said we will bring you clean sheets and you can change it yourself. At 11pm we were doing their housekeeping work. In the morning the manager gave us breakfast vouchers and $50 off the room but acted like she wasn’t that bothered about the reason why she had to do that. Would not go back.

If they add a hot tub some day, will even be better. As well, when travelers check the boxes on Expedia for certain things — e.g. “breakfast included” — it would be nice if this were true for properties suggested by Expedia.

Paid $260 for this waterfront hotel. There was no onsite parking, lot full, and 3 trips to the front desk before they told us about re-imbursed parking to be found off site. Finally got to our room to find our view was the rooftop HVAC through a dirty window. The tv remote was dead, telephone did not work, and was never fixed even after yet another trip to the front desk. The hotel itself is beautiful, newer and in a nice area. Upon checkout the staff had no apology for me when they asked how was my stay, and I told them. Would love to stay again but felt undervalued and nothing more than a nuisance to the hotel staff.
