The room and hotel were clean, and all the staff were kind and helpful. The walls are very, very thin. We heard every door open, close and each footstep in the hall. I'd recommend earplugs. The breakfast was good, a lot of choices.

The hotel was in really lovely condition. The staff were friendly. We felt that the breakfast was a little lacking in options but still enjoyed it. The location was great for us as we were doing Black Friday shopping.

Nice facility and we had an enjoyable stay. The room lacked bright lighting and seemed dark even with all lights on. The bathroom was nice and bright with a roomy shower. The breakfast was good with the waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, muffins, bagels, and assorted juices (the breakfast room was fairly large with lots of seating). The only real problem was the proximity to the railroad. We were there approximately 12 hours and had 4 trains go by (3 of which were after 10pm).

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times this year! The staff is genuinely courteous at the front desk and other areas. Their employees seemed to always being busy at work and cleaning is a priority. I always commend the breakfast staff, as they keep the area clean and are always checking to insure adjacent food is hot/available.
