This property is unique given its location and all its amenities. The unit is much more spacious than the pictures. The balconies in the living room and bedroom overlook a pedestrian street, steps from shops the locals patronize like the gelateria, bookstore yet a few blocks from the tourist drag. Even with windows open, the unit is very private as the side of a church is directly across you.
While the unit is in a really old building (sits directly on top of centuries old stone arcades), Luisa offered EVERYTHING we needed. Well functioning A/C, Washer/dryer combo (plus drying rack out the back window), full size Bosch dishwasher. Garage parking available a block away.
The unit was super clean and smelled clean. It exuded pride in both practical and “nice to have” details - crisp and monogrammed linens, real plants, coffee table books on the local area. The kitchen was beyond well appointed - covered every possible need down to thermometer and decanter, nutcrackers, chip clips (!), All helpful with our leisurely 4 night pace.
While the apartment has a keypad and Luisa could have done the usual “self check in”, she met us, walked us to the parking garage and through the unit, offered local wine and bottled water as we started our stay. I didnt realize how much I missed that kind of host until I met her!! She was very thorough and beyond transparent (be careful with pigeon poop, garage gate work, etc). Very responsive even with minor questions. Thanks Luisa!
