Exclusive Private Island - Pacific Ocean Paradise

Welcome to your majestic 6-acre private island estate, located in the Georgia Strait. With wildlife including eagles, seals, deer, otters, world-class fishing and even orca whales just feet from the house, this paradise is fit for royalty. Just 30 min by float plane or 2.5 hours from Vancouver, your eyes will feast on 270-degree ocean views. Plus, unlike Fyre Festival, we've got running water and functioning toilets! Live like a VIP and indulge in the ultimate luxury getaway.

Here on this 6-acre island, you'll be living like royalty - the only home and guests on the entire island! It's like being in your own National Geographic documentary, eagles soaring, seals sunbathing by the dock (they're part-time residents), and even some deer swimming over occasionally. If you are lucky, you might also get to catch orcas and humpback whales putting on a show infront of the island (see the photos in the listing!)

While we can't guarantee that the wildlife will make an entrance, it is common to see lots of wildlife during your stay.

But let's talk about the house, shall we? The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the main bedroom upstairs being fit for a king - literally. You'll have a full bathroom, a king bed, and a full view of the ocean from the bathtub or shower.

Outside the main bedroom is a living area that has a pullout couch (double bed) and next to that is a single bed.

The Junior main bedroom on the main floor is just as impressive, with a king bed and bathroom and another breathtaking view of the ocean.

The second and third bedrooms on the main floor are fit for royalty - we're talking queens, baby! Each bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed that will have you feeling like the monarch of the island. But wait, there's more! The third bedroom also has a loft with two single beds at the top, perfect for a slumber party. Just be warned, the loft is cozy, and by cozy, we mean you'll be snuggling up with your friends.

And if you have extra guests, there's even an extra single bed and box spring that be setup if required.

Oh, and did I mention there's a spa just a 20-minute boat ride away? You'll need to arrange for transportation, but it's definitely worth it for a relaxing day at the spa. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, we can also arrange for paddle boards, fishing rods, and floating tubes for your use during your stay.

Speaking of fishing, we're more than happy to help you book a fishing charter! You can catch Pacific salmon, lingcod, Dungeness and red rock crab, and BC spot prawns - all right in front of the island. And if fishing's not your thing, we have numerous games and activities to do on the island (corn hole, axe throwing (plastic), floats for the ocean, card games etc.)

Now, I know you're probably thinking "what are we supposed to eat?" Well, I've got great news - there's a full kitchen in the house as well as a BBQ right there on the patio, so you can grill up any fish you catch during your fishing charter! Just don't blame me if your culinary skills are a little... fishy. If you're not up for cooking, we can arrange for a private chef to whip up some delicious meals for you (pending chef availability, of course).

One thing to note - since this is a private island, you'll need to bring your own groceries. There's a grocery store nearby where you can stock up before you take the water taxi over, and there's even a store that sells homemade frozen meals in case you don't feel like cooking. Easy peasy!
