This fabulous four bedroom, two bathroom home with Wi-Fi sleeps 11 people and is well appointed; perfect for large groups or multiple families.

Large, air conditioned, open plan kitchen, with stainless steel European appliances, and views of the canals, enjoy a cold beverage over the island bench or in the dining and living space with plenty of room for all.

You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Great property to stay at would defa recommend
The place was amazing a little pricey but you can kind of see why when your there. Only thing I can fault is that it was double booked so we had three cars full of very disappointed people show up just after we arrived

Great position
Not exactly as advertised, top floor had no curtains and was facing the road with headlights shining in at night time and people could see in, a few light globes were out requiring a call to agent to get rectified as one was a safety issue as was on the stair case, linen dirty or stained, towels need replacing, floors extremely slippery when wet. Apart from that was comfortable in a good area and reasonably clean in a excellent location
