We loved this flat. It is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. Blocks from the train station and city center. Very easy access and a parking spot. We explored Devon and Cornwall and this was a great home base. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment!
Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable and in a great location for town, the beach and the estuary. Very well equipped. An ideal holiday apartment for a couple. The parking space was an added bonus, although Exmouth has excellent public transport options and buses and trains are just a few minutes walk away. Good pubs and restaurants nearby (especially the Bicton Inn and Rockfish). We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

Everything was supplied that you can think, of including many extras, (lovely cream tea). The whole place was totally spotless, with a very comfortable bed. I stayed at sunnydeck while on placement at Exmouth Hospital. The flat was perfect, had everything I could have possibly needed and more! Had such a warm welcome and everything was clean and in excellent condition. Location was great with only short walk to beach and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend !

Sunnydeck is a perfect romantic getaway, 5 min walk from the town and a 10 min stroll to the beach , everything you need for a perfect chilled getaway the comfortable king size bed the soft fluffy towels that await you are just a couple of things that make sunnydeck perfect ,.sidmouth , seaton and dawlish are a nice drive out , if you want to leave the car , you can get a bus to Exeter's city centre in 45mins and cost less than £6 , per adult . The quayside and cathedral are a must .

A very clean apartment with everything you could ever need. Although the flat was once part of a ?Victorian terraced house, there is nothing much left from that era: new fitted kitchen, new bathroom with shower cubicle and new windows throughout. The location is superb, very close to shops, sandy beach, railway station, parks, restaurants and bars! and with its own parking space. The owners were brilliant, replying almost instantly to emails and texts, giving you complete confidence in their commitment to giving you the best possible break.

Sunnydeck - For an excellent holiday in centre of Exmouth
Sunnydeck is in a perfect location in the centre of Exmouth, with invaluable parking (not easy to find in Exmouth!). All amenities, including shops, parks, beach, station easily walkable. The accomodation is spotless and very well equipped. Very welcoming, including a much appreciated Devon Cream Tea. Lindsey and Stuart obviously take the role of Holiday Home Hosts very seriously. They cater for all your needs with excellent communication at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunnydeck and will definitely return. Thanks again, Dave and Sandra.

Some interesting points.
This apartment is very clean and comfortable in fact kept immaculately The interior is very well maintained and furnished to a high standard. We were welcomed with some very nice touches such as a supply tea, coffee, milk, scones and biscuits also a dish of sweets in the lounge. However outside we were disappointed to find that the next door property had a boarded up front door which had a local authority notice warning the owner to take immediate action regarding an infestation of rats and mice, this concerned us as it is a terraced property. In addition to this, at the rear of the flat the parking is very tight and on one occasion we were unable to get into our car as a visitor came to the flat upstairs in a Vauxhall Astra which was too big for the space provided. Also the decking area is advertised as an area to sit out and relax, not quite so, as it is open to a busy road and faces out onto a car park which has a white van that is rotting away, the row of cottages all have their rubbish bins lined up along the pavement and the metal staircase to the upstairs flat runs up over the area providing no privacy at all.

We were very fortunate to discover & then stay at 'Sunnydeck' in the very centre of Exmouth. From the initial booking until the end of our stay we were impressed by the friendly & excellent comms & then when we arrived; WOW! We were greeted by a super well-equipped flat which catered for all our needs & more. From the turn of the key we smelt a lovely clean 'home' which had been beautifully decorated & scrubbed. A cream tea had been laid out for us which was demolished before we'd even unpacked. During our stay the flat provided an excellent base for our adventures & everything was within an easy walk. It was so great to have a small off road parking space too; parking can be difficult in Exmouth. My advice to anyone reading this is to book it now before all the dates get snapped up. Oh, & book an extra day or two. We wish we had. Thank you
