Staff is terrible and none of them follow the same policies. Very dirty, and lots of suspicious customers. Would not recommend. Very rude staff, one man even yells and women.

The place is rundown and in need of updates and repairs. We moved to three different rooms because the tub/showers were gross. The entire fourth floor was closed due to smoke detector problems. There were two fire alarms in one night where we had to go to the lobby and wait for the fire department to come and check the hotel. There were no fires but obviously the problems on the fourth floor were affecting the entire building. We cut our stay by two days and went to another hotel. The front desk did refund our two unused days.

We had a nice stay, but hotel is showing its age
We had a nice stay overall. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked, and the heater kept us warm on a very cold December night. Just a couple of things diminished from an otherwise positive experience... the carpet in the hallways is badly stained, the elevators had scratched graffiti on the doors, and there were stains on the seat cushions in our room. My roommate complained of an odor in the room like stale smoke masked with air freshener (it was a non-smoking room, and I didn't smell it, but it bothered him).

Beds were very uncomfortable, there was an odd smell in halls, elevator, and rooms, and housekeeping never cleaned the rooms or replaced the towels. Breakfast was regular motel breakfast but cost extra. The place was affordable

Despite the fact there was a roaring party going on at the front of the hotel, we were given a very quiet room, and we appreciated that. There were some issues with cleanliness, and the rug in the hall smelled horribly of some kind of disinfectant. Fortunately it didn't come into the room. Breakfast was decent. Everything felt a little funky, but the price was right.

Great location right on main road. Easy access to shopping and restaurants in the area. Nothing fancy but room was spacious and clean. Nice to have microwave and refrigerator in room. Couch in room is nice plenty of outlets including USB ports to charge phones. Staff very nice and accomodating. Bar and breakfast area were nice. Hotel still has some issues with transient guests but is addressing this issue at check-in. Overall perfect for my needs especially the location being less than 5 miles from my family.
