The room backed to a highway that was very loud all-night long. We had to keep the room fan on to compensate for the noise. Not ideal.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub. we weren't alerted when we checked in that the pool AND hot tub were out of service. we didn't find out until we went down there in our bathing suits. I think we should be offered a credit towards our stay when a major facility/selling point like this is not available for our stay.

Nice place, clean, friendly check in. Shower area was in need of repairs at wall and ceiling area due to water/condensed steam bc there is no fan. Biggest issue was road noise from Rte 1. Terrible. Earplugs by the bedside should have been the indicator :/. Avoid odd numbered rooms at all costs at this hotel

Comfortable snd clean with. A nice breakfast. The best part was that we actually had housekeeping who made our beds and cleaned up our room while we were out. That seems to happen so rarely these days! We will stay there again while visiting family.

Check out was a bad experience. According to the hotel Expedia didn't pay for my full stay that I fully paid to Expedia. I ended paid to the hotel and the lady refused to provide a receipt. I asked for the manager and was no manager available. Expedia customer service never returned my phone calls. Very disappointed with Expedia and Fairfield Inn.
