Lovely clean room, comfortable bed. Restaurant was very nice, reasonably priced, wait staff attentive and pleasant, food delicious and a nice presentation. Would definitely give it a 10 out of 10.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean also had what appeared to be brand new towels and shower curtain. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection.

This was the perfection location to Longwood Gardens, and to the restaurant we went to. Unfortunately, there were crumbs under the blanket, so it may me feel, the sheets were not changed. Ick!!!!

The Hotel was clean and the room was well maintained. We were not located in the main building but were right across the walkway. We tried to use the elevator as we arrived and it would not work and we had to use the stairs. It seemed to be repaired later but was very slow and obviously not working properly.

A beautifully clean hotel with very friendly staff. Attractions were all nearby, free full breakfast was included, and a very lovely restaurant on site was a wonderful bonus. Great value and location!

Great property to stay in, I wished there was daily room service available and better rooms but definitely do not drive in the area at night expectantly dark nd eerie area. Defiantly not safe to drive there’s no street lights at all very hard to manager car with bright car lights beaming at you nd the obstacles aren’t noticeable in the pitch dark. Roads are horrible to drive on. But the inn itself is great we were satisfied overall just the surrounding is horrible for traveling and few attractions except long wood gardens

This property is NOT worth the money. The front-desk staff was rude during check-in, and did not disclose until after I gave a credit card for payment that the elevator in the building they put us in was not working and we were on the second floor. The breakfast was worse than airplane food, and there were other guests being loud (both arguing and partying) at 2 AM. Would not recommend.

This hotel is not worth the money. We paid $250 and we could have paid much less for better accommodations. Our room had wallpaper separating, bathroom grab bars missing and not finished, TV pixelating while we watched, and the ceiling was "like" basement ceiling tiles. The photos of the reception area make it seem larger than it is with little room for conversation with others. The term "Inn" in their name is misleading...hardly an Inn more like a luxury motel. So that is my gripe. The people were nice, and we did not eat there so we do not know how the food was. I recommend spending you hard earned cash at another hotel i know we will.

Front desk didn’t bother to tell us that the elevator was out of order! We had to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs! Stairwell was dirty, rusted and in need of paint. Light out in bathroom. Door safety bolt broken off. Curtains do not close at all letting too much light in. This property is in serious need of upgrades and not worth the price!

Great hotel very close to Longwood Gardens!
Would have loved an earlier check in. 4:00 seems late. Other than that the staff was friendly and very helpful. Gr. Eat hotel We had an issue with a smoke detector that needed a battery replacement and the staff member at the desk was able to change our room immediately. Rooms were very neat and clean. Breakfast was also very good.
